Judah has become a volume runner who is effective at gaining net positive yards when the expectations are for a loss. He does a good job of finding any little crease and creating on his own. He will get small through the first level and has good vision to fall forward and pick up yards to move the chains.

Judah showed why he comes in as the RB1 of the 28 class. He shook off the rust from Week 1 and looked crisp, decisive, and had a good acceleration, and was able to handle a workload of 30+ carries. He displayed good vision and had the lateral quickness that made defenders miss. He had a great evening and is what the Brighton offense was looking for in the room.

There are over 340 carries vacated in this offense, and Naweli should consume a good chunk. As a freshman, he showed that the moment wasn’t too big for him. He’s added on some good weight this offseason and that strength and conditioning program has him ready to take on a bigger workload. It’ll be interesting to see the carries split with him, he’s a player to keep an eye on.

Naweli is primed for a larger role, and with a lot of vacated production gone from the room, he is a prime candidate to fill a large role. He saw action last year as a freshman and fared well. He’s got a good passing game that will keep boxes from being packed, and with that, should find some creases and holes to burst through. Naweli is a three-down back and does well in the receiving aspect; he doesn’t fight with the ball. He’s set up to take the next steps.

Judah Valle is an undersized lighting rod. Valle doesn’t try to play big unless you’re talking heart. He uses his size to his advantage by staying small is vacant gaps and following his bigs to the promise land. With his record holding track background, once he’s in the clear just hang up your cleats, he’s gone. Valle’s toughness also makes it hard to ignore that he doesn’t need to be used in a gimmicky way. Line him up wherever you see fit and the sidelines are the only thing that can contain him. He has crazy athleticism and quickness that also lends him to be an electrifying return man. Keep your eyes on this one.
