Jeremiah Lowe Jeremiah Lowe 5'11" | DB Frederick Douglass | 2024 State KY continued to prove that he is one of the top players in the entire state this season. He lined up on the outside at corner where he continued to be impressive in man coverage, showing the ability to mirror receivers’ routes with ease. When the ball was thrown his way, he showed the ability to break on it with perfect timing to make a play. He finished the season with one interception and multiple pass deflections in 12 games. Lowe also showed the ability to provide support against the run, finishing the season with 25 tackles and one tackle for loss. Jeremiah signed with Michigan where I can see him developing into a very productive defensive back at the next level once he gets there.

Over the past couple seasons, Jeremiah Lowe Jeremiah Lowe 5'11" | DB Frederick Douglass | 2024 State KY has proven to be one of the best overall players in the state of Kentucky in his class. As a junior, Lowe played a key role in the Broncos winning their first state championship title, finishing with 15 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and two interceptions (limited snaps due to blowout wins). He is a lockdown corner on the outside that thrives in man coverage. Lowe has shown the ability to open up and run with receivers to mirror their routes and break on the ball quickly to make a play when it is thrown his way. Against the run, Lowe has shown that he can read the play quickly and come downhill to make tackles in the open field. Jeremiah currently holds a long list of offers and I expect more to come his way as he is a true Power 5 caliber corner.

He is our top ranked defensive back in the class of 2024 and has continued to live up to the hype this season. Just like his teammate Harkless, Jeremiah’s stats are deceiving due to a lower number of snaps played than most starters throughout the state. However, he has been dominant in his time on the field. Lowe plays on the outside at corner and has shown the ability to lock down his side of the field. He shows the ability to open up and run with opposing receivers in man coverage, staying in their hip pocket. When the ball is thrown his way, he has great timing when breaking on the ball, fighting across his receiver to break up the pass. He also shows the willingness and ability to provide support against the run as he is a very reliable open field tackler.
