Gets the job done, has very good use of hands and gets great vertical push. Runs his feet on contact and has good inside hand placement, can latch on effectively and drive defenders off the ball. Good interior linemen who can fire forward to the second level. Fires forward and has good first-step quickness, needs to get in a little bit better shape and will be very good once he does.

In pass protection, Gillespie does a great job of maintaining a strong base while taking on contact and fighting with his hands to defeat pass rush moves quickly. Rahzeon currently holds offers from Eastern Kentucky, Southern Mississippi, Grambling State, and UT-Martin, and I expect more to come his way as he continues to develop over the next couple years.
