has continued to prove that he is worthy of being ranked as our top running back in the state in his class over the past couple seasons. As a junior, he led the Broncos in rushing with 205 carries for 1,423 yards and 19 touchdowns in 13 games. Talbert has explosive speed which he uses to burst through the running lane with a sense of urgency then run away from the defense on long runs. When defenders are able to catch up to him, he has shown the strength and contact balance to break tackles with ease. Talbert also finished his junior year with 14 receptions for 153 yards and two touchdowns. Dakari currently holds several Division I offers and I expect them to continue to pile up for him moving forward.

came into his junior year with high expectations and he truly lived up to them. He led the Broncos in rushing this season, carrying the ball 205 times for 1,423 yards and 19 touchdowns in 13 games. Talbert is a strong runner, showing the ability to keep his legs driving through contact while maintaining his balance to break tackles with ease. Once he hits the open field, he has also shown the burst of speed to break away from the defense for big gains. He also caught 14 passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns this season. Talbert currently holds offers from Missouri State, Miami (OH), Southern Mississippi, Marshall, UT-Martin, and Eastern Kentucky, and I expect more to pile up for him heading into his senior year.

Very strong running back who is hard to bring down. Runs through contact effectively, can be gone if he finds a crease and has great top-end speed and juice. Very good change of direction. Bounces off would be tackles and can elude tacklers in space. Linebackers have a tough time bringing him down just due to his running style. Strong running back with a strong pair of legs, took over the game completely and is a key name that defenses have to account for. Had 18 carries for 197 yards and three touchdowns.

is a player who has been high on our radar since his freshman year. He had another strong season as a sophomore, leading his team in rushing with 107 carries for 847 yards and 11 touchdowns in 14 games. Talbert has the vision and patience to find the running lane then uses his speed to hit it with a sense of urgency and run away from the defense for big gains. He has also proven to be very shifty once he hits the open field, hitting quick cuts to make defenders miss. Talber also showed the ability to line up in the slot and pose as a threat in the passing game as a sophomore, catching nine passes for 145 yards and a touchdown. Dakari currently holds offers from Marshall, UT Martin, Southern Mississippi, and Eastern Kentucky, and I expect more to come his way going into his junior year.

established himself as the top running back in the state in his class with a strong sophomore season. He finished this past season with 107 carries for 847 yards and 11 touchdowns in 14 games. Talbert is a very elusive ball carrier, showing the ability to make cuts on the dime to make defenders in open space. Once he hits the open field, Talbert has also shown the speed to run away from the defense on long runs. He also played a role in the passing game this past season, finishing the year with nine receptions for 145 yards and a touchdown. Dakari currently holds an offer from Eastern Kentucky and I expect more to come his ways as he is a Division I caliber running back prospect.
