KY ‘27 Position Rankings Breakdowns: OL

With the month of July coming close to an end, we are just weeks away from the start of the 2026 high school football season. As we approach the season, we have begun a new round of rankings updates. The latest class to be updated in Kentucky is the incoming senior class of 2027. With our newest Top 250 being released for the class, I will be taking some time to break them down by position. After already covering the offensive skill positions, here are our top offensive linemen in the class of 2027 in the state of Kentucky.    [player_tooltip player_id='378828' first='Brady' last='Hull'] has continued to solidify himself as the top offensive lineman in the state in his class from his freshman year til now. Hull lines up at left tackle where he uses his high motor to dominate in the run game. He explodes out of his stance and keeps his legs churning through contact to drive his man down the field with ease. In pass protection, Hull does a great job of using his footwork to mirror opposing pass rushers while keeping a strong base. Brady is committed to Kentucky where I can see him becoming a key piece of their offensive lineman unit.     [player_tooltip player_id='500073' first='Justyn' last='Perez'] is another offensive lineman who has consistently impressed over the past few years. Perez lines up at right guard where he is able to assert his dominance in the run game. He plays with a ton of physicality, showing the strong initial punch to knock defenders off balance along with the strong leg drive to move them off the line of scrimmage with ease. Perez finishes his blocks through the whistle, frequently ending in a pancake block. He has also shown promise as a pass protector as he does a great job of fighting with his hands to keep inside position and defeat pass rush moves. Perez is committed to Eastern Kentucky where I can see him making an immediate impact once he gets there.     [player_tooltip player_id='2252092' first='KeeShun' last='Jackson'] caught my attention with a strong junior year. He lines up at left tackle where he is very reliable in pass protection. Jackson gets into his pass sets quickly and does a great job of continuing to work to stay in front of opposing pass rushers to keep them away from the quarterback. He also does a great job of using his hands to defeat pass rush moves. In the run game, Jackson is very effective when asked to down block as he is able to keep his legs churning through contact to drive his man out of the picture to create a running lane. Jackson is committed to Toledo where I can see him having a very successful collegiate career.     [player_tooltip player_id='1284258' first='Rahzeon' last='Gillispie'] has been high on our radar for a while now and continued to stand out as a junior. He lines up at left tackle where he is a dominant run blocker. Gillispie is very impressive in the open field as he does a great job of getting to the second level and picking up blocks with ease on long runs. He has also shown the ability to finish his blocks through the whistle, often several yards down the field. Rahzeon currently holds multiple Division I offers and I expect more to come his way this upcoming season.     To wrap up our top five offensive linemen in the class of 2027 in the state of Kentucky, I have [player_tooltip player_id='2252095' first='Kaden' last='Campbell']. Campbell is the true anchor of the Southwestern rushing attack at left tackle. He is very explosive out of his stance and runs his feet through contact to drive his man down the field with ease. Campbell has also shown the ability to pull from the tackle spot and pick up blocks in the open field. Kaden finishes his blocks with a ton of physicality, often resulting in a pancake block. Campbell is committed to Eastern Kentucky where I can see him carving out a key role in their offensive line unit.
