Velotta impresses me with his awareness and ability to read the defense off the snap. I also like how Velotta can block defenders off the handoff and buy the offense more time. Gavin Velotta Gavin Velotta 5'10" | 245 lbs | OL Apollo | 2027 KY is an offensive lineman that caught my attention with a solid freshman season. Velotta lined up at guard where he was very impressive as a run blocker. He explodes out of his stance and does a great job of running his feet through contact to drive his man down the field. Velotta also does a good job of getting to the second level quickly and picking up blocks in open space. Gavin doesn’t currently hold any offers but he should be a player to keep an eye on over the next few seasons.
