A Tier 1 Offensive Lineman in the New Jersey 2030 class, via Prep Redzone Next as of August 2026.
He very well could end up playing across the Defensive front as well, but I love the way Vasquez plays as an Offensive Guard. Big, physical, excellent hands and arms. Stays low and violent attacks the man in front of him. Throughout his pre-high school career he also wrestled and played basketball — both sports have helped mold his playing style today.

. Listed at 6-foot-1 and 260-pounds as he heads into his freshman season, he could be the most fundamentally-sound big man in the state as of July 2026. He played for multiple teams during his youth career, but wrapped it up in 2025 as a member of the St. James Royals, helping them reach the Pop Warner Super Bowl. His style of play lends itself to an interior O-Linemen or D-Linemen, or possibly even a

‘s write-up, that left side of the Dark Knights 13u Offensive Line stood on business all game long against Rahway. While Gjokaj protected the blind side of the QBs, Vasquez was a human forklift at Left Guard. Physically stronger and simply more dominant, he was moving the Linebackers and Defensive Linemen wherever he pleased. On top of what he showed on the offensive side of the ball, he also started at Defensive End in the Dark Knights’ 3-4 front. Perhaps the most telling stats of the day: Vasquez was held on 1st down and drew a flag; Then, on the next three straight plays, the Rahway player tasked with blocking him committed a false start.

At a position group that was dominated by the eighth-graders, Vasquez proved to be a standout in the 2029 class. He was significantly bigger than I thought he would be on film, as he measured in at exactly 5-foot-11 and 205 pounds. I loved watching him compete as an interior defensive linemen where he uses his power and quick hips to punch, get skinny, and get by the offensive linemen tasked with blocking him. During 1-on-1’s it got really physical and he was up to the task. The Robbinsville, New Jersey prospect played made the 50-ish minute drive west to Pennsylvania and played for the North Philly Blackhawks 12U team this past season. He also wrestles and that couldn’t have been more obvious by the way he fought for hand placement once engaged with the offensive linemen.
