. An explosive receiver, Clark has been showcased as a slot receiver and return man. With his open field vision, we see him make a single break, shake opponents, and set up his blockers flawlessly. Clark appears to have a strong body too, absorbing a hit and many times keeping balance and continuing upfield. To my eye he profiles as a short/quick/now/RPO game type player where the rule is simple: the sooner he possesses the ball, the sooner good things can happen. I thought that Clark also high pointed the ball well too.

of St. Peter’s Prep. Clark not only has the ability to adjust to poorly thrown balls, but the open field vision to set opponents up to rip of big gains. Clark has been showcased often as St. Peter’s quick/now game option, likely due to his exceptional ability in open space and to create for himself. Balance is also a part of his game as we see him absorb a hit and keep going. An area for him to be mindful of is that the ball is best in his hands – so it would benefit him to attack the ball and possess it as soon as possible.

Ty’Ire Clark is built differently. Operating primarily out of the slot, the 5’11”, 190-pound wideout brings a unique blend of burst, strength, and football IQ to the field. He thrives in tempo-heavy offenses, primarily when used on quick screens and short routes where he can create after the catch. His balance and vision make him dangerous in space, and his frame allows him to power through contact.
What separates Clark is how naturally he finds soft spots in coverage. He reads defenses well, settles in against zones, and makes himself a consistent target in the short-to-intermediate game. While he may not be a household name just yet, his stock is rising fast. After a strong showing in the 7-on-7 circuit, expect Clark to step into the spotlight this fall and establish himself as one of the top slot receivers in the state. He has offers from Penn State, Boston College, and Jacksonville State

Clark played mostly SAF for Hawk Em – he showed some of the best defensive instincts of any prospect at the tournament, there were some clear athletic traits that stood out, but there also was several standout plays that although may not have resulted in INTs or PBUs were able to close passing lanes before they came open. I thought he flashed some good range and when the opportunities arose showed good ball skills.
