How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play a fast and aggressive game, using my quickness and smarts to outrun and outwork bigger guys. Since I’m 5'9", I can stay low and get under a lineman’s pads to shed blocks and fly to the ball. I’m a sideline-to-sideline defender who reads the play fast and always finishes with a strong, sure tackle. I use my speed to hunt down ball carriers all over the field and I never give up on a play. Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Off the field, I’m a quiet and hard worker who stays focused on my goals. When I step on the field, a switch flips and I play with a lot of heart and energy. I have the mentality that once the game starts, no one can stop me. I don't care how big the other players are, I'm going to find a way to make the play.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Outside of football, I’m a focused and hard-working student. I’ve earned a spot on the Honor Roll for keeping my grades in the A and B range.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed strong leadership skills by always pushing myself and my teammates to stay focused and work hard. Being part of a team has taught me how to communicate clearly and trust the guys next to me to get the job done.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced the challenge of being smaller than most players at my position, but I never let that hold me back. Instead of worrying about my size, I worked twice as hard on my technique to prove I belong. This challenge taught me how to be resilient and gave me the drive to outwork anyone who underestimates me.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that values hard work and gives me a chance to compete at a high level. I want to find a school with a strong football program where I can grow as a linebacker, but also a place that has great academics so I can keep my grades up.
