With fluid footwork and quick hips, he stays glued to his assignment, making it nearly impossible for quarterbacks to find an open window. Whether in man or zone coverage, his discipline and awareness make him a true difference-maker in the secondary.

Maddox Cannon Maddox Cannon 6'0" | 150 lbs | DB Grayson | 2029 State GA has a blazing quickness at the defensive back position. Once he intercepts the football, he uses his speed to get away. His speed lining up against receivers gives out issues for the receiver to get open. Cannon runs as if he was shot out of a cannon. He can fly and will be one to keep up with in the near future!

Cannon has great ball skills and has a good sense of where the receiver’s route is going to be by using his IQ of the game. Cannon brings a good hit once the ball hits the receiver’s hands and he’s shown to be a very good tackler not only in crowds but in open space which is a huge plus for a corner to be able to do. Cannon is a real exciting player and he’s only going to improve as he continues to put in the work, he’s one to watch out for.
