About Rilee
Expert Analysis
Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
Drew is the most productive DB for Grayson and a bonafide P4 prospect as well. Drew is considered undersized for the CB position, but he compensates for it by being fantastic at just about every other category. He is fast enough to stay in stride, quick enough to mirror, and does a great job of being physical at the point of attack and attacking through the hands of receivers. Drew is an easy eval and one of the best 2027 DBs in the state.

patrolling the skies is a luxury most teams dream of. With 2 interceptions, 7 pass deflections, and 21 tackles, Drew brought lockdown energy to the secondary all season long. He’s disciplined, instinctive, and never afraid to step up and make a play — whether it’s in coverage or in run support. As the defending champs gear up for another title push, Drew’s return gives the defense a reliable presence on the outside — a true ballhawk who’s always around the action. In a game that’s all about matchups,

is one of the premier DB prospects in the 2027 class. He was electric in the season opener against Collins Hill, flying all over the field and coming away with 2 INTs. One of which was a diving snag. Drew is listed around 5’11 150. He is on the smaller side, but he is still in the youth stages of his development, and his athleticism should compensate for whatever he lacks in size. He has the speed needed to close on the football quickly and to stick on the hip of WRs down the field. He isn’t lacking any twitch or explosiveness either. Drew snagged an offer from Auburn after his performance. He has several P4 offers under his belt and should continue to be a hot commodity in the 2027 class.

Another MVP from the loaded WR group at the PRZ Next Southeast Middle School Showcase, Drew possessed some of the softer hands at the event and was an impressive route runner capable of creating space and getting open at any point throughout the route. Showed off twitch and quickness every rep he took.

Drew took home the MVP of our WRs, and for good reason. As a prospect, Drew’s athleticism and long frame pop off the charts. Once he fills out and becomes an even better athlete, he could be an early offer prospect. Drew showed outstanding fluidity in his routes and showed the ability to rise over DBs and high-point the ball. Drew offered QBs a wide catch radius and showcased some impressive body control for a youngster that is still growing.

and others. Rilee has the prized ability to effect the game in all three phases, and does so on a regular basis. Long term I like him as a Cornerback above all other positions. He has the speed to run with receivers but it’s his elite ability to time his play on the ball that truly separates him. Whether he’s deflecting a pass or high-pointing a 50/50 ball, my money is on Drew to come out on top. He’s a difference maker and when he tacks on some more size, and gets into high school, the recruiting should pick up at a rampant rate.
