One of the top 2028 EDGE prospects in the state, Nabors is a junior defender for the mighty Buford Wolves who continues to see giant offers come his way with a new one from the Ohio State Buckeyes. The 6-foot-4 200-pounder may not have loaded up the stat sheet last year, playing alongside any other talented defenders, but he did show active hands, natural strength, a lengthy frame, and raw talent, giving him the opportunity to have a tremendous and impactful 2026 season in year three. He plays hard, he’s getting better, and should give the Wolves a dynamic playmaker on the edge who can help stop the run while providing a promising pass-rush. Nabors is ranked as the No. 38 overall prospect in the state for his class.

An easy addition to the latest rankings, Nabors is an outside linebacker who has a chance to play along the line if he continues to add more weight and muscle over time. For now, Nabors has a chance to be the next playmaking pass-rsuher for the mighty Buford Wolves. He shined in a big way at the junior varsity level, showing explosiveness and playmaking ability with his long 6-foot-4 195-pound frame. He has a chance to make an impact as a sophomore this fall and already shows Power Four potential. His best football is way ahead of him and has a very bright future in front of him at Buford. He’s now ranked as the No. 38

A long, athletic EDGE defender who dominated at the JV level last fall, Nabors has a real chance at a “breakout” sophomore season for the mighty Buford Wolves this fall. He has a great first step, he’s strong, and has the potential to be one of the better pass-rushers in the region down the road. His recruitment is starting to pick up and he earned a major offer recently from the in-state Georgia Bulldogs. His stock is taking off and he should see a big boost in the next 2028 Prep Redzone rankings.

Nabors is an intriguing youngster worth watching for several reasons. He measured in at 6’3 175. While still thin, he hasn’t put on any bad weight and has the chance to maximize his rare length and bend as he continues to add weight. Nabors improved with every rep and was the biggest fighter from start to finish, battling through early physical reps and a bloody nose. Once he got in a groove, his speed and bend off the edge could overwhelm even the best of the blockers at camp. He created deception with his legs and hands, setting up several other moves. Nabors is someone to track a few years from now. His future development will stem from how he grows physically.
