Expert Analysis

Pressley is one of the hardest hitters I have seen this year. The Senior ATH, can play across the field at multiple positions, but I like him mainly at LB, which was seen against Monsignor Farrell.
Pressley is an outstanding tackler, and I like his ability in the run game to nail opposing players. He has a high motor, and never seems to run out of energy. His high IQ, places him in almost every play on the defensive side of the ball. He has a good punch, and can rip the ball out and make big plays with ease. Pressley is easily a guy I want on my team.

Pressley has been impacting the varsity level since he was a freshman. He’s been an excellent defensive player and has also showcased his skills at running back. An incredible athlete, he could contribute on both sides of the ball this year. He’s always around the ball and will be a key contributor this season.

Pressley, who got some time as a freshman for Iona Prep at the RB position, shifted into a full-time LB role, and he is a really twitchy and quick LB prospect who does a solid job evading blocks. A smaller LB prospect he may fit more as a SS or a Rover at the next level but has time to grow and add weight to his frame.

The youngster from Iona Prep has the makings of the next elite running back from Westchester. He made a solid impact on varsity just as a freshman at the RB position. Already has good size at 5 ’10 and 190 pounds, Pressley had good vision and wasn’t afraid to get physical. I could see him having a breakout sophomore year and he is certainly one of the top 2026 prospects in the state.

was really well rounded all camp. He tested well in combine drills and was really consistent through individual drills and 1v1s. The coaches in charge of the RBs pointed out Pressley as being very well rounded and showing consistency as an athlete, pass catcher, and in blocking. In the reps I saw Pressley just has an incredible feel for the game. His instincts and athleticism pass the eye test of a guy who belongs at the next level. Pressley had a great camp and earns a spot on our third team.

. In limited time this season Pressley had 285 rushing yards averaging over 6 yards per carry. Pressley also scored a touchdown in the NYSCHFL Championship game. Pressley is super quick and breaks through arm tackles around the LOS. Pressley has breakaway speed and does a really good job of bouncing runs outside but only when necessary. Pressley already has great size at 5-10, 190lbs and I would only expect him to get stronger. Pressley should have a really big season next year and become one of the more coveted prospects in the NYCHSFL.
