Guzman led his Gaels squad to a Catholic League Championship this season. The Senior QB is committed to Maryland where he will play baseball.

Guzman is a star baseball player, and is well deserving of a D1 offer, but he is also a star on the football field. The Gaels QB, has an outstanding IQ, and is a magician outside of the pocket. He has good accuracy, and solid arm strength. While Guzman is playing baseball for Maryland, he can easily suit up on the football field.

Guzman had an outstanding day at the helm for the Gaels. In a revenge game for him, he flourished for Iona Prep, and showcased his abilities on the football field.

Guzman looked poised in the pocket. In the first game he was on the run a lot, here he looked in control of the offense. I liked his accuracy, fitting the ball in tight windows. He was outstanding in the Option game, and made multiple big gains on the ground with his legs. The Senior is committed for baseball, but could very much play football at the next level.

Guzman is an explosive running threat at the quarterback position that’s got some serious wiggle to him. He’s hard to track down in the open field, and is a nightmare for opposing defensive lineman. He’s aggressive, attacking downfield and in tight windows, with the arm strength to match. He’s effective throwing on the move, but the true key to this offense is the one-two punch of him and Crew Davis Crew Davis 6'0" | 205 lbs | RB Iona Prep | 2026 State NY .
