[player_tooltip player_id='1109329' first='Anthony' last='Keys'] - Junior Running Back - Millwood

Millwood scored their first win of the 2025 football season, beating Blackwell 68-0 on Friday night. Leading the way was junior running back and he did a little bit of everything to help the Falcons in their runaway victory. Keys ran the ball seven times for over 100 yards. He also had an interception on defense. Overall, Keys scored seven touchdowns on the night. The majority were on the ground but he also scored from a few other positions on the field. We talked about Keys in week three as being the key for Millwood moving forward. Despite the struggles in their 0-2 start, Keys still produced at a high level and shows no signs of slowing down.

[player_tooltip player_id='1921423' first='Antwoine' last='Thomas'] - Senior Defensive Back - Pocola

Pocola opened up district play in style with a 50-0 win over Warner. Multiple players shined for the Indians but we're giving the nod to a newcomer to Pocola. Senior defensive back and linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1921423' first='Antwoine' last='Thomas'] crossed the Arkansas border and joined Pocola and has been an instant impact player for this defense. On Friday night, he finished with ten tackles, three tackles for loss and a 70-yard pick six along with a punt return for a score. On that interception return, it started with him snagging the ball out of the air with one hand. We can't wait to see him in person and Pocola as they host defending champ Rejoice Christian in week five.

[player_tooltip player_id='1571686' first='Brett' last='Kaste'] - Senior Wide Receiver - Lincoln Christian

Lincoln Christian won their 32nd consecutive game with a 49-0 win over Stigler on Thursday night. The Bulldogs were completely efficient on the offensive side of the ball and made quick work of the Panthers in week four. Senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1571686' first='Brett' last='Kaste'] was the standout on Thursday night. He caught four passes but went for nearly 150 yards and two touchdowns. Lincoln Christian is very similar to other Oklahoma powerhouses like Bixby or Carl Albert. On any given night, two things are inevitable. Any player can beat you and the Bulldogs are probably going to beat you. Kaste was the standout in the win on Thursday night.

[player_tooltip player_id='1298836' first='Byron' last='Mason'] - Junior Running Back - Norman North

Norman North and Edmond Memorial played a memorable overtime game on Friday night and it was the Timberwolves who came out on top 49-48 on the road. Junior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1298836' first='Byron' last='Mason'] had the performance of the night, in a game full of stars and big plays everywhere. Mason ran for just shy of 150 yards on 22 carries. He also had 63 yards on six receptions and finished the night with five total touchdowns. That includes what would ultimately be the game-winning touchdown in overtime, followed by the extra point. Mason has been a player that we've liked since watching him in the spring and he's had a monster start to this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1326361' first='Caron' last='Richardson'] - Senior Running Back - Ada

Ada has jumped out to a 4-0 start following a 52-26 win over McLain on the road. Leading the way in their offensive explosion was senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1326361' first='Caron' last='Richardson'] as he had a terrific performance. He finished the night with well over 150 yards and four touchdowns on 20 carries. Richardson and the Cougars have played fantastic so far and they'll need to keep playing at that level as they get into the toughest part of their schedule. They have a road game against Poteau this week and they'll also go on the road later on this season to face Broken Bow and Sallisaw, two other teams ranked in the 4A top five right now.

[player_tooltip player_id='1333179' first='Carter' last='Nathman'] - Senior Wide Receiver - Cascia Hall

Coming off a bye week, Cascia Hall returned to the field with the district opener against Inola. They rolled to a 34-7 win and senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1333179' first='Carter' last='Nathman'] had another stellar performance. He has been such a consistent part of this Cascia Hall offense over the last several seasons and he was just that again on Friday night. He finished with seven catches for nearly 150 yards and three touchdowns. The Commandos started the season 1-2 and had the bye week to get right before opening up district play. Nathman and the Commandos have the opportunity to use the week four win to springboard them into going on a run.

[player_tooltip player_id='1837059' first='Cash' last='Keys'] - Junior Athlete - Fort Gibson

Fort Gibson sent quite the statement to the rest of Class 4A when they went on the road and took down perennial powerhouse Wagoner 47-25 on Friday night. Leading the way was junior standout [player_tooltip player_id='1837059' first='Cash' last='Keys'] and he could not be stopped in any aspect. Keys would impact the running game, receiving game, threw a big pass, made plays on defense and was excellent as a punter. Keys totaled over 200 yards of total offense, including three touchdowns. Defensively, he finished with 12 tackles, two interceptions and he forced a fumble. It's time to start taking Fort Gibson very seriously in this district and potentially in the Class 4A title race.

[player_tooltip player_id='1328091' first='Cooper' last='McCord'] - Senior Quarterback/Linebacker - Adair

Adair opened up district play with an impressive 37-22 victory over Salina on Friday night. Senior quarterback and linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1328091' first='Cooper' last='McCord'] was the player to watch heading into the game and he did not disappoint. He led the Warriors through the air and on the ground from the quarterback position. He accounted for multiple touchdowns on offense and he was also one of Adair's leading tacklers on the defensive side of the ball. He's been incredibly productive on both sides of the ball so far this season and Friday night was just another example. The win over Salina puts the Warriors in an advantageous position when it comes to the district standings.

[player_tooltip player_id='1539927' first='Donavin' last='Garfield'] - Senior Quarterback - Seminole

There are a few players on this breakdown that we want to make daily posts just stating that we need to talk more about this player more. Seminole senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1539927' first='Donavin' last='Garfield'] is one of those players and he's climbing to the top of that list. Garfield was once again electric in their 34-28 win over Lone Grove. He threw for nearly 250 yards and three touchdowns on 15-23 passing. He also added well over 100 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries. Behind Garfield, who is quickly becoming one of the more dynamic dual-threat quarterbacks in the state, the Chieftains have jumped out to a 4-0 start and look dangerous in Class 3A.

[player_tooltip player_id='1525562' first='Greydon' last='Howell'] - Junior Quarterback - Broken Bow

Broken Bow rolled to another big win on Friday night, this time against Glenpool. And to nobody's surprise, junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1525562' first='Greydon' last='Howell'] was once again the star of the show. Friday's performance was another example of why we call Howell perhaps the most electric football player in the state of Oklahoma. He's the ultimate dual-threat weapon and the numbers back up that statement. He threw for 136 yards and three touchdowns on 10-17 passing. He also added 130 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries. Howell is without question one of the best offensive weapons in the state and one of the best overall players in Oklahoma.

[player_tooltip player_id='1549987' first='Jayden' last='Hall'] - Senior Running Back - Owasso

Owasso senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1549987' first='Jayden' last='Hall'] is another player that more people across the state need to talk about more. What else does Hall need to do to open the eyes of college coaches? In their 28-14 win over Broken Arrow, Hall was an absolute workhorse and could not be slowed down. Hall finished the night with over 200 yards and two touchdowns on 35 carries in the win. Hall can beat opponents in so many different ways. He's proven it in every game this season and you could see he took that next step and turned into that unquestioned playmaker in the final few games of his junior season. He shows no signs of slowing down.

[player_tooltip player_id='1045556' first='Jayson' last='Moll'] - Senior Running Back - Bixby

We could have picked from about three to four different players from that Bixby-Jenks showdown on Friday night. Ultimately, we settled on Bixby senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1045556' first='Jayson' last='Moll'] after the Spartans ran away from the Trojans in their 66-35 victory. In that victory, the Spartans fed Moll 23 times on the night and he had one of his best performances of his career and certainly the best since joining the Spartans this offseason. He finished the game with 231 yards and two touchdowns in the win. Moll is incredibly dynamic and showcased that big play ability multiple times as the Spartans kept up with the Trojans in the first half and ran away with the win in the second.

[player_tooltip player_id='1667339' first='Jeymon' last='Reed'] - Freshman Quarterback - Altus

It feels like Altus freshman quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1667339' first='Jeymon' last='Reed'] is on this breakdown every other week. At this point, Reed is the runaway favorite to be this year's Freshman Of The Year and it's not particularly close. In a 56-22 win over El Reno on Friday night, Reed had the best performance of his young career. He threw for nearly 450 yards and six touchdowns on 32-44 passing. He also had 28 yards and a touchdown on five carries. The seven touchdowns set the school record at Altus and it was only his fourth career game. To say there is a bright future here would be a massive understatement. We still don't truly know how high his ceiling is.

[player_tooltip player_id='935005' first='Kane' last='Foreman'] - Senior Quarterback - Pawhuska

Pawhuska rolled to a 62-8 victory over Oklahoma Union to open up district play. We just added senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='935005' first='Kane' last='Foreman'] to our Player Of The Year Watchlist last week and he came out and showed why he should be considered one of the best quarterbacks in Class A-1 and in the state, regardless of class. Foreman threw for nearly 300 yards and five touchdowns on 15-18 passing. He also added 22 yards on the ground. It feels like Foreman has had the majority of his games this season end with him throwing for more touchdowns than incompletions. He's off to an electric start and they'll need him at that level in week five against Pawnee.

[player_tooltip player_id='891992' first='Kason' last='Delgado'] - Junior Quarterback - Muskogee

Muskogee got their first win of the Dale Condict era when they went on the road and took down Ponca City, winning 55-29. The Roughers have been shaky at the quarterback position so far but junior signal caller [player_tooltip player_id='891992' first='Kason' last='Delgado'] was on his A-game and helped lead the Roughers to the big road win. Delgado completed 20 of his 25 passes for three touchdowns and he accounted for over 350 yards of total offense. If Delgado and the Roughers have put the non-district slate in the rearview mirror and Friday night was a sign of what's to come, Muskogee could get back to dominating teams in Class 6A-2.

[player_tooltip player_id='1838500' first='Lincoln' last='Hall'] - Senior Quarterback - Stratford

Stratford took care of business in their district opener against Okemah Friday night. They won 34-8 and were led by senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1838500' first='Lincoln' last='Hall'] in the win. Hall did a little bit of everything for the Bulldogs on Friday night. From his quarterback position, he accounted for nearly 250 yards of total offense and four touchdowns. He also added seven tackles on the defensive side of the ball from the secondary. After starting 1-2, it was a good bounce back win for Stratford but they'll need Hall to play at that level or even more in the next two weeks as they face Minco and Christian Heritage in back to back weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id='1569774' first='Maddax' last='Mobly'] - Senior Running Back/Defensive Back - Sulphur

We tweeted this out this weekend but we'll repeat it here. Sulphur senior [player_tooltip player_id='1569774' first='Maddax' last='Mobly'] is one of the best players in the state of Oklahoma and more people need to talk about him in that measure. Sulphur had a big district opener against Perkins-Tryon Friday in a top five 3A clash and once again, it was Mobly that shined brightest in a monster Friday night clash. He finished with 12 carries for 171 yards and two touchdowns. He also had three catches for 80 yards and a score. Defensively, he had 16 tackles and an interception. We're only a month into the season but Mobly is the runaway leader for "big game player" and that's not up for debate.

[player_tooltip player_id='1304610' first='Nick' last='Holmes'] - Senior Defensive Back - Del City

Del City found themselves in an absolute dog fight with Collinsville to open up district play on Friday night. Last season, they rolled to a 61-10 win over the Cardinals and it was the polar opposite this season. Ultimately, they won 24-21 on a game-winning field goal with just a few seconds left. It was senior defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='1304610' first='Nick' last='Holmes'] that set up the Eagles with the field position to get that field goal. He came down with his second interception of the game that set up the field goal. Earlier in the game, he came down with his first interception and he took that back for a pick six. This was a huge win for Del City moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='916843' first='Remington' last='Laughlin'] - Junior Quarterback - Mangum

Mangum is off to a 4-0 start on the season and they have simply been dominant so far this season. Friday night was another example as they rolled to a 56-0 win over Apache. Once again, it was another game where the Mangum starters were able to rest in the second half because the game was all but decided. Leading this Mangum offense is junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='916843' first='Remington' last='Laughlin'] and he had another efficient and productive night. He went 8-9 for over 200 yards and a touchdown. He also had four carries for nearly 50 yards and two touchdowns. He's led an offense that has scored at least 50 points in all four games this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1719591' first='Roman' last='Tucker'] - Senior Quarterback - Cushing

Cushing senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1719591' first='Roman' last='Tucker'] had another complete performance as the Tigers rolled to a 41-7 victory over Skiatook Friday night. Tucker threw for well over 300 yards and four touchdowns on 14-20 passing. He also added just shy of 100 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Tucker accounted for well over 400 yards of total offense as the Tigers improved to 3-1 on the season and more importantly, 1-0 in district play. Next week, they host Grove, who is off to a 4-0 start. Tucker has been lights out so far this season and the Tigers will need him to continue playing at that level to contend for the district title and more.
