Every Sunday, we'll take a look at at on of fantastic individual performances. Following games each week, DM us @PrepRedzoneOK on X or email Michael@PrepRedzone.com to submit your picks. This week, we're featuring 40 different performances from players across the state!

[player_tooltip player_id='1836368' first='Aiden' last='Collins'] - 2027 Athlete - Stroud

Stroud bounced back with a dominant win in week zero and senior [player_tooltip player_id='1836368' first='Aiden' last='Collins'] was outstanding on both sides of the ball. Offensively, he finished with four carries for over 100 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He also had two catches for 46 yards and then on defense, he finished with eight tackles and an interception. And finally, he returned a punt for a touchdown to have a complete game in all three games.

[player_tooltip player_id='1743235' first='Aiden' last='Nightingale'] - 2027 Quarterback - Fairview

Fairview beat Cashion 42-35 in one of the top small school match-ups in week two. Senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1743235' first='Aiden' last='Nightingale'] helped carry the Yellowjackets to the victory. He threw for nearly 300 yards and four touchdowns on 20-28 passing. He also added 36 yards on the ground and a touchdown. That rushing touchdown came with less than two minutes to play and it ended up being the game-winner for Fairview.

[player_tooltip player_id='1830064' first='Asiah' last='Saxton'] - 2027 Running Back - Nowata

Nowata senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1830064' first='Asiah' last='Saxton'] had one of the best individual performances that we saw on Friday night. Saxton only finished with 14 carries but he absolutely made the most of those opportunities. He finished the night with 315 yards and four touchdowns. Anytime you have a night where you finish with over 300 yards, it's going to catch our attention and that was the case for Saxton on Friday.

[player_tooltip player_id='1831333' first='Baylor' last='Bond'] - 2027 Quarterback - Dickson

Dickson is one of the surprise teams early on this season and there aren't many quarterbacks that have put up better numbers than senior [player_tooltip player_id='1831333' first='Baylor' last='Bond'] so far this fall. Bond has Dickson at 3-0 and he was nearly perfect on Friday night. He threw for just over 250 yards and five touchdowns on 12-13 passing. Bond has Dickson looking like a team that could end up making a ton of noise in Class 2A-1 this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1830996' first='Ben' last='Puckett'] - 2027 Linebacker - Bixby

Bixby senior linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1830996' first='Ben' last='Puckett'] was an absolute tackling machine in their win over Jenks Friday night. Puckett finished with 21 tackles, including a pair of tackles for loss. He was a critical part of a Bixby defense that shut out the Trojans in the second half for the third consecutive season. Puckett is part of arguably the best linebacker group in the state and they backed up that distinction on Friday night.

[player_tooltip player_id='1837353' first='Ben' last='Rogers'] - 2027 Running Back - Newcastle

After starting the season with back to back games against defending champions, Newcastle blasted Blanchard 56-0 on Friday night to get their first win of the season. Senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1837353' first='Ben' last='Rogers'] continues to have a strong start to his senior season. He finished with 150 yards and five touchdowns on just ten carries in the win. Rogers is also starting to pick up a lot of attention from D1 programs across the country.

[player_tooltip player_id='1175581' first='Brandon' last='Smith'] - 2027 Wide Receiver - McAlester

In one of the more exciting games from week two, McAlester got their first win of the season by beating Ada 47-40 on Friday night. Senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1175581' first='Brandon' last='Smith'] gets the nod after a monster game, finishing with six catches for 128 yards and two touchdowns. He also had a 79-yard kick return for another touchdown. His second receiving touchdown came with three minutes to play and put McAlester up for good.

[player_tooltip player_id='1836765' first='Brayden' last='McMullen'] - 2029 Quarterback - Muskogee

Muskogee was at it again as they rallied from 21 points down to stun Claremore in the final minutes of their week two game. That's become the norm for the Roughers through the first few weeks of the season. With the game on the line, sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1836765' first='Brayden' last='McMullen'] threw a strike on fourth down for a touchdown. He finished the night with 222 yards and two touchdowns on 14-20 passing in the win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1679361' first='Brody' last='Merritt'] - 2029 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - Pocola

Pocola bounced back from a tough loss to Keys by beating Salina in a match-up of top ten teams. Sophomore wide receiver and defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='1679361' first='Brody' last='Merritt'] had a really good two-way performance in the win. Merritt finished with seven catches for just shy of 100 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the win. He also had five tackles, including two tackles for loss and an interception to improve to 2-1 on the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1298836' first='Byron' last='Mason'] - 2027 Running Back - Norman North

Norman North running back [player_tooltip player_id='1298836' first='Byron' last='Mason'] recently committed to D2 powerhouse Harding and a few days later, he was unstoppable as they ran away from Sand Springs in the second half. Mason finished with 250 yards of total offense in the win. He had 16 carries for 228 yards and two touchdowns. He also had a catch for 22 yards in the win. This game was close at halftime but Mason and the T'Wolves rolled to a win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1836538' first='Carter' last='Frymire'] - 2027 Wide Receiver - Thomas

Thomas got a big win over Minco out in western Oklahoma and it was probably a very cool night for the Frymire family. Senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1836538' first='Carter' last='Frymire'] had a big night in the win. He finished with four catches for 110 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught a 79-yard touchdown from his twin brother Cason as the Frymires and the Terriers could not be contained in the win over Minco on Friday night.

Cascia Hall's Blue Swarm Defense

We cheated here and picked the entire Cascia Hall defense because head coach Joe Medina said so. The famous "Blue Swarm" defense lived up to the nickname as they shut out Metro Christian in a 31-0 win. They shut out Metro for the first time in a decade and this game was also the opposite of last year's meeting. Last year, Cascia struggled with penalties and turnovers. This year, they were dominant from start to finish.

[player_tooltip player_id='1837059' first='Cash' last='Keys'] - 2027 Athlete - Fort Gibson

Fort Gibson senior [player_tooltip player_id='1837059' first='Cash' last='Keys'] is no stranger to these weekly breakdowns. He was absolutely on fire last week in their win and did it again in a rivalry win Friday. Keys caught four passes for 60 yards and a touchdown. He also added 30 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. While the stats aren't what they were a week ago, it's still very impressive that Keys produced considering he dislocated his knee two weeks ago.

[player_tooltip player_id='1522515' first='Cole' last='Rolland'] - 2028 Quarterback - Checotah

Checotah junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1522515' first='Cole' last='Rolland'] is once again a top performer as he had another stellar performance on Friday night. He's a big reason why Checotah has started the season undefeated and looks like a serious threat in Class 2A-1. Rolland threw for 135 yards and two touchdowns on 13-15 passing. He also added over 100 yards and two touchdowns on ten carries as he continues to be a true dual-threat.

[player_tooltip player_id='1670662' first='Dane' last='Jensen'] - 2027 Linebacker - Pawhuska

Pawhuska has gotten off to a really good start and they made another statement in week two by smashing Hominy 50-0. Senior linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1670662' first='Dane' last='Jensen'] had a massive part of the shutout victory and he filled up the stat sheet. He had 12 tackles, including three tackles for loss and he also had a pair of sacks in the win. Jensen was also putting Hominy's offense in a blender with his overall pressure that he was bringing on every snap.

[player_tooltip player_id='1833987' first='Eduardo' last='De La Torre'] - 2027 Defensive Lineman - Kingfisher

Kingfisher made quite the statement on Friday night with a big win over Clinton. Senior defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1833987' first='Eduardo' last='De La Torre'] had a really strong performance in the win. Not only on the stat line but he was part of a defense that contained a really talented dual-threat quarterback. De La Torre finished the night with eight tackles, including six tackles for a loss. He also had two sacks in the win for Kingfisher.

[player_tooltip player_id='1261479' first='Evan' last='Adams'] - 2029 Wide Receiver - Poteau

Poteau won a thriller at home on Friday night, beating Grove 29-28 in overtime. Sophomore wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1261479' first='Evan' last='Adams'] ended up being the hero as he caught the game-winning two-point conversion in traffic in overtime. The Pirates were up 21-7 at halftime and Grove rallied all the way back. They scored first in overtime and after Poteau scored, they went for the win and it was Adams that caught the game winner in OT.

[player_tooltip player_id='2257133' first='Jarren' last='Herrera'] - 2029 Quarterback - Christian Heritage

Sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='2257133' first='Jarren' last='Herrera'] has helped lead Christian Heritage to a 3-0 start and they'll take this week off before entering a very competitive district slate. Herrera was nearly perfect and had one of the best passing nights of week two. He threw for just shy of 350 yards and seven touchdowns on 14-16 passing. Half of his passes went for touchdowns and that's a ratio that will win a lot of games moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1839512' first='Jensen' last='Underwood'] - 2029 Quarterback - Verdigris

Verdigris is off to a strong start this season and sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1839512' first='Jensen' last='Underwood'] continues to get better and better every time he steps on the field. It was a balanced win on Friday night but Underwood led the way on offense. He finished with 226 yards on 14-21 passing and he had four touchdown passes in the win. He kept everyone involved, with all four touchdown passes going to four different receivers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1667339' first='Jeymon' last='Reed'] - 2029 Quarterback - Jones

It was a top five showdown in Class 3A as Jones went on the road and beat Mount St. Mary 42-21 on Friday night. Sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1667339' first='Jeymon' last='Reed'] reminded everyone why the Longhorns are the top-ranked team and he's the top-ranked quarterback in the state's 2029 class. Reed threw for 213 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 17-23 passing. He also added 136 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries in the win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1838941' first='JJ' last='Hindsman'] - 2027 Running Back/Linebacker - Mannford

Senior running back and linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1838941' first='JJ' last='Hindsman'] is now squarely on our radar as he was a two-way monster for Mannford in their game on Friday night. We didn't know much about him prior to Friday night but that's not the case anymore. He finished with nearly 300 yards rushing and five touchdowns on just 12 carries. He also had 12 tackles and an interception on the defensive side of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1637576' first='Joe' last='Thomas'] - 2027 Defensive Lineman - Carl Albert

Carl Albert senior defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1637576' first='Joe' last='Thomas'] has been living in opposing backfields so far this season and Friday's game with Bishop McGuinness was no different. Thomas finished the win with five tackles, four of which came behind the line of scrimmage and he also had two sacks and three QB pressures. Through the first three games of the year, Thomas has 14 tackles for loss as Carl Albert extended their streak to 56 straight wins.

[player_tooltip player_id='1694449' first='JoJo' last='Gray'] - 2027 Running Back - Sulphur

Sulphur senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1694449' first='JoJo' last='Gray'] had a big game in Murray County Bedlam as they rolled Davis 28-6. Gray put the nails in the coffin of Davis with a strong second half. Gray finished the night with 221 yards and 17 carries and two touchdowns. It was a balanced performance from Gray and the rest of the Bulldogs as they followed up an overtime win over Washington by beating their rival by 20+ points on Friday night.

[player_tooltip player_id='474035' first='Josiah' last='Dickerson'] - 2028 Running Back - Washington

Washington bounced back from a tough overtime loss by blasting their rival on Friday night. Junior running back [player_tooltip player_id='474035' first='Josiah' last='Dickerson'] also had a bounce back game. He was bottled up for the most part in the loss to Sulphur but there was no containing him in week two. Dickerson finished with over 150 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries. Dickerson and company absolutely lit up the scoreboard in the win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1035154' first='Kaleb' last='Blackwolf'] - 2027 Running Back - Del City

Del City senior [player_tooltip player_id='1035154' first='Kaleb' last='Blackwolf'] has been on fire to start his senior season and that included a dominant performance in their blowout win over Midwest City. Blackwolf ran for 175 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries. He also took a punt back for an 83-yard touchdown. Overall, Blackwolf accounted for 323 total yards in the win. This comes one week after another 100+ yard performance in the season opener.

[player_tooltip player_id='1829405' first='Khalil' last='Stoker'] - 2028 Quarterback - Webster

Webster ended a lengthy losing streak with a win on Friday night and junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1829405' first='Khalil' last='Stoker'] was the star of the night as they beat W. Rogers. Stoker moved to quarterback after being more of a running back in the past. That athleticism showed through as he ran for nearly 150 yards and a touchdown while also throwing for 169 yards and two touchdowns on 8-13 passing. It was a big night for Stoker and the Warriors.

K'Mari Block-Jones - 2028 Athlete - East Central

East Central has gotten off to a really good start and junior K'Mari Block-Jones has been a big part of it. He's a newcomer to East Central and has more of a basketball background. But he's a terrific athlete and that was on full display. He caught two passes for 35 yards and they both went for scores.
