Del City’s Kaleb Blackwolf Kaleb Blackwolf 6'0" | 190 lbs | ATH Del City | 2027 State OK is very similar to Hammons where there hasn’t been a position that he’s played where he doesn’t look like a next level prospect. Blackwolf has primarily been a running back, safety and returner for Del City over the last two seasons and he does each of those things at a very high level. With a lot of the players that we have listed as “ATH” prospects, we usually have a lean to offense or defense or to a specific position. But with Blackwolf, you could tell us that he’s going to end up at any one of three or four different positions at the next level and we could buy that. He’s a very explosive athlete that can impact the game in a variety of ways.

Junior Kaleb Blackwolf Kaleb Blackwolf 6'0" | 190 lbs | ATH Del City | 2027 State OK had a very successful first season with Del City after bursting onto the scene as a freshman at El Reno. Blackwolf is going to be a player that can impact all three phases of the game. On offense, he can line up at running back or at wide receiver and have an equal impact. Defensively, he’s one of the returning stars to watch in the secondary. And on special teams, he was an absolute menace in the return game so he’s just as dangerous there. Blackwolf is an All State-caliber player and he could see his production absolutely explode this fall. We can’t wait to see how Del City gets creative with Blackwolf on the offensive side of the ball.

Del City’s Kaleb Blackwolf Kaleb Blackwolf 6'0" | 190 lbs | ATH Del City | 2027 State OK joined the Eagles last year after a breakout freshman season at El Reno. During his freshman year, Blackwolf was known more for his abilities at the running back position but he is a terrific athlete that impacted the game for Del City in multiple ways. In addition to his prowess on the offensive side of the ball, Blackwolf would emerge as a hybrid defender that seemed just as comfortable as a defensive back as when he was lining up closer to a traditional linebacker spot. Either way, he impacted the game on both sides of the ball and in special teams. He’s also a standout on the basketball floor so anyway you look at it, it feels fairly obvious that Blackwolf is going to be one of the top athletes in the state’s 2027 class.

There are several 2027 prospects that we are very excited about moving forward and Del City’s Kaleb Blackwolf Kaleb Blackwolf 6'0" | 190 lbs | ATH Del City | 2027 State OK is one of them. Right now, Blackwolf is knocking on the door of being a top 15 overall prospect and it wouldn’t surprise us at all if the Del City two-way player ended up being a borderline top five overall prospect. Whether it’s on offense as a running back or defense as a safety, Blackwolf brings the energy. We’re definitely also benefitting from having just watched Blackwolf in person in the last month in a game in which he had a strong showing on offense, defense and special teams. Blackwolf had a breakout freshman season at El Reno and has gone to another level this fall with Del City.

Sophomore standout Kaleb Blackwolf Kaleb Blackwolf 6'0" | 190 lbs | ATH Del City | 2027 State OK is a new name to Del City as the Eagles have added an outstanding playmaker to their offensive side of the ball. Blackwolf had a very strong freshman season at El Reno and despite the Indians having an outstanding running back, he found a way to get playing time at running back and a few other positions on offense. This season, don’t be surprised if the Eagles use him in the same way. Whether he’s at running back or wide receiver, Blackwolf has the potential to be a breakout star in this Del City offense. Blackwolf could also end up earning playing time on the defensive side of the ball in the Del City defense.
