[player_tooltip player_id='1748512' first='Cal' last='Whitnah'] - Sophomore Quarterback - Harrah

Harrah made some history in week seven as they beat Bethany for the first time in over five decades. They knocked off the Bronchos in an exciting 45-43 victory and took another step towards the playoffs. Leading the way once again was sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1748512' first='Cal' last='Whitnah'] and he just continued his dominant play in week seven. Whitnah threw for over 200 yards and two touchdowns on 19-31 passing. He also added nearly 200 yards and four touchdowns on 29 carries. He's been a legitimate dual-threat weapon all season and shows no signs of slowing down.

[player_tooltip player_id='587269' first='Carmello' last='Williamson'] - Senior Athlete - Oaks

A little love for the 8-man standouts here as Oaks senior [player_tooltip player_id='587269' first='Carmello' last='Williamson'] has been a one-man wrecking crew for them throughout this season. Williamson was a player to watch for Nathan Hale but moved to Oaks and has been one of the more dominant and productive players in Class C this season. In their 60-14 win over Welch, Williamson finished with over 350 yards and six touchdowns on 28 carries. He also caught a 42-yard touchdown. Now, 8-man numbers are always blown up but some of the individual performances Williamson has had have been off the charts this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1837059' first='Cash' last='Keys'] - Junior Athlete - Fort Gibson

Fort Gibson got another impressive win in week seven by taking down Skiatook 42-22. Junior standout [player_tooltip player_id='1837059' first='Cash' last='Keys'] continued his breakout season with another complete playmaker performance. He's not a rookie to this weekly feature and he had another game where he torched the opposing defense in a variety of ways. Keys finished the night with well over 300 total yards and accounted for five touchdowns. It doesn't matter where Keys is lined up on the field, he finds a way to be impactful and he has been doing it at a very high level this season. He has Fort Gibson looking like a playoff team.

[player_tooltip player_id='1182029' first='Connor' last='Claborn'] - Junior Running Back - Lawton MacArthur

Lawton MacArthur took down Midwest City 63-28 on Thursday night and the Highlanders now turn the page to the most important part of their schedule. Junior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1182029' first='Connor' last='Claborn'] has been one of the best running backs in Class 5A this season and Thursday was no different. Claborn ran for nearly 200 yards and two touchdowns on 23 carries. Another milestone was hit in the win as Claborn would eclipse 1,000 yards this season. Lawton MacArthur has some serious firepower in their senior class but Claborn is a player that definitely needs to be talked about more moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1828542' first='Corey' last='Sango Jr'] - Sophomore Running Back - Broken Arrow

Broken Arrow sophomore running back [player_tooltip player_id='1828542' first='Corey' last='Sango Jr'] was thrusted into the starting role on Friday night as the Tigers were missing their original starter. Sango immediately answered the call and had a solid performance as they won 43-14 on the road. Sango finished the night accounting for 200 yards of total offense and three touchdowns on the ground. He had 187 yards rushing and showed that the Tigers have a few different threats with their ground game this season. We also wrote about him recently as one of the 2028 prospects to keep an eye on moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1831822' first='Creighton' last='Allen'] - Senior Quarterback - Oklahoma Christian School

Oklahoma Christian School remained undefeated with a 56-0 win over Perry Friday night. The Saints were once again led by senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1831822' first='Creighton' last='Allen'] as he's having a terrific senior season. In the win over Perry, Allen threw for nearly 300 yards and five touchdowns on 12-14 passing. That's about as close as you can get to a perfect night throwing the football. If Allen and the Saints continue to play this way, they are going to give Jones a real run for their money in the chase for the district championship. Allen and the Saints continue to be dark horses but they keep winning at a high level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1324250' first='Dax' last='Owens'] - Junior Quarterback - Davis

Defending champion Davis has been playing at a high level and that was evident again this week as they took down Coalgate 56-8 with ease. The Wolves are looking to keep that momentum going as they have a showdown with Holdenville coming up soon. Leading the way in the win once again was junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1324250' first='Dax' last='Owens'] and he was much more than a runner. Owens threw for 200 yards and four touchdowns on 6-8 passing. He also added well over 100 yards and a touchdown on five carries. Owens is proving he can sling the ball and that makes the champs very dangerous.

[player_tooltip player_id='1525562' first='Greydon' last='Howell'] - Junior Quarterback - Broken Bow

We've lost track of how many times Broken Bow junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1525562' first='Greydon' last='Howell'] has been on this weekly feature since the start of the 2024 season. It legitimately feels like every other week at this point. Howell had another standout performance as the Savages dominated Hilldale with a 61-20 victory. Howell threw for nearly 250 yards and a touchdown on 12-20 passing. He also had 11 carries for nearly 150 yards and four touchdowns. Howell and the Savages now shift their focus to a week eight showdown with district favorite Ada on Friday night. Win that and the Savages are back in the district title hunt.

[player_tooltip player_id='284115' first='Jae'Lin' last='Battle'] - Senior Defensive Lineman - Edmond Santa Fe

Edmond Santa Fe senior defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='284115' first='Jae'Lin' last='Battle'] was a one-man wrecking crew as the Wolves beat Westmoore 41-20 on Thursday night. And that shouldn't come as a surprise as Battle is one of the top defensive lineman prospects in the state's 2026 class. But the numbers he put up are simply outrageous. He finished the night with six sacks, a few additional tackles for loss and even showed off the wheels on a kick return. We watched the film of Battle's six sacks and he was beating Westmoore from a variety of spots and with a variety of moves as he's a complete threat on the line.

[player_tooltip player_id='1699006' first='Jamie' last='Beasley'] - Senior Wide Receiver - Muskogee

Muskogee dominated Capitol Hill with a 76-0 victory and the Roughers look like they are picking up some momentum as we're going down the stretch of the regular season. Senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1699006' first='Jamie' last='Beasley'] had a big night in the win, finishing with seven catches for well over 200 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Beasley is a 2026 wide receiver prospect that seems to have a very high ceiling and he continues to get better and better every time out. It's similar to this Muskogee team. The Roughers are playing good football recently and they'll need that momentum to capture another district title.

[player_tooltip player_id='1667339' first='Jeymon' last='Reed'] - Freshman Quarterback - Altus

Altus improved to 7-0 on the season after beating Noble 70-18 on Thursday night. The Bulldogs were led once again by freshman quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1667339' first='Jeymon' last='Reed'] and he's simply running away with Freshman Of The Year honors and that's not up for debate. Reed threw for 350 yards and four touchdowns on 25-32 passing. He also added 125 yards and four touchdowns on 14 carries. But now all eyes will be on Reed and the Bulldogs because the schedule and the competition gets ratcheted up in a major way. They travel to Guthrie in week eight and host defending champion Carl Albert in week ten.

[player_tooltip player_id='1797440' first='JonQuay' last='Johnson'] - Junior Running Back - Jones

The Jones Longhorns prevailed in the battle of Longhorns as they beat Chisholm 45-12. Jones is still undefeated and they look like the most serious threat to knocking Washington off their throne in Class 2A-1. They have been simply dominant all season and have shown no signs of slowing down. They've also had multiple players stand out from week to week and here's another example. Junior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1797440' first='JonQuay' last='Johnson'] led a Longhorn rushing attack that was stellar in the win Thursday night. Johnson finished with 14 carries for 250 yards and two touchdowns. They have some big games down the stretch.

[player_tooltip player_id='474035' first='Josiah' last='Dickerson'] - Sophomore Running Back - Washington

Three-time defending champion Washington knocked off Marlow 21-14 in what will more than likely be their toughest test in district play this season. Leading the way was sophomore running back [player_tooltip player_id='474035' first='Josiah' last='Dickerson'] and you can make a very strong argument that his performance against the Outlaws was the best of his young career. He finished the night with nearly 30 carries and had 232 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Dickerson is one of the best running backs in the state's 2028 class and he showed why on Thursday. He's a big play waiting to happen and showed that he can handle 20+ carries.

[player_tooltip player_id='402378' first='KD' last='Jones'] - Senior Running Back - Jenks

One week after he shattered multiple records at Jenks, senior running back and Kansas commit [player_tooltip player_id='402378' first='KD' last='Jones'] was back on the field and ending up in the end zone multiple times. It wasn't eight touchdowns like in week six but he added to his tally with five more in the 56-21 win over Deer Creek Thursday night. Jones ran for 123 yards and four touchdowns while also adding 72 yards receiving and a touchdown. We continue to say how Jones is such an underrated talent in the passing game and this was another example of that. He accounted for nearly 200 yards of total offense and five scores in the win.

[player_tooltip player_id='1524930' first='Kellen' last='Smith'] - Junior Quarterback - Cashion

Cashion bounced back from a tough loss in the panhandle to Hooker by beating rival Crescent 42-13 in week seven. Junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1524930' first='Kellen' last='Smith'] has been a player that has really impressed us this season and he had another stellar performance in the win over Crescent. Smith threw for well over 300 yards and two touchdowns on 13-22 passing. Even in the loss to Hooker on the road, Smith was so fun to watch on both sides of the ball. He was a very effective runner and he was delivering some big hits on the defensive side of the ball. With Smith leading this team, Cashion will be a tough out.

[player_tooltip player_id='436010' first='Mason' last='Bennett'] - Senior Athlete - Seminole

Seminole's star quarterback has been a consistent face on these weekly breakdowns but fellow senior standout [player_tooltip player_id='436010' first='Mason' last='Bennett'] had a monster performance as they beat McLoud 48-42. He ended the night as the top target in the passing game, finishing with seven catches for 235 yards and three touchdowns. But that wasn't enough of an impact so he was also dangerous in the run game. He had five carries for 100 yards and a touchdown. Bennett has been an impact player for the Chieftains for a while now and his performance in week seven was just another example of that.

[player_tooltip player_id='1167484' first='Michael' last='Kent'] - Sophomore Quarterback - Bartlesville

Bartlesville got their first win of the season after knocking off Putnam City North 42-28 on Thursday night. The Bruins had a few players that stood out in the win but sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1167484' first='Michael' last='Kent'] had a terrific game and even when the losses were piling up this season, he was still performing at a high level. Kent finished Thursday night by accounting for a little over 300 yards of total offense and he accounted for three touchdowns. The sophomore quarterback and the Bruins have now opened the door to start putting some wins together in the final few weeks and push for a playoff spot.

[player_tooltip player_id='1598809' first='Noah' last='Goodwin'] - Senior Running Back - Rejoice Christian

Defending A-1 champion Rejoice Christian went on the road and took care of business against Hartshorne, winning 49-14. It was another game where the Eagles dominated the first half and the starters were mostly done by halftime. Leading the way this week was senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1598809' first='Noah' last='Goodwin'] and he was a touchdown magnet for the Rejoice Christian offense. He finished with 131 total yards but found the end zone five different times. Four on the ground and one as a receiver. Goodwin is such an underrated part of what Rejoice does and is one of the best backs in Class A-1.

[player_tooltip player_id='1709318' first='Randee' last='Goodeagle'] - Senior Running Back - Hominy

Hominy went on the road and got a scare from Fairland but they would ultimately prevail, winning 36-20 and now they have a stranglehold on the lead for the district championship. Coming into week seven, we highlighted senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1709318' first='Randee' last='Goodeagle'] as a player to watch for the Bucks and he certainly lived up to the pregame hype. In the win over the Owls, Goodeagle was a workhorse back, finishing with 25 carries for a little over 200 yards and a touchdown. With back to back wins over Woodland and Fairland under their belts, Goodeagle and the Bucks are in a very good position.

[player_tooltip player_id='1838154' first='Rebel' last='Doiron'] - Junior Running Back - Little Axe

Little Axe took down Dickson in week seven with a 41-35 victory. When we've written about Little Axe this season, it's mostly been centered around their freshman quarterback but it was all about the running game this week. Junior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1838154' first='Rebel' last='Doiron'] starred in the win, finishing the night with 20 carries for 177 yards and five touchdowns. It was a monster performance from the junior running back and a big reason why they were able to escape week seven with a win. That 1-2 punch at QB and RB has been fun to watch this season and both have produced at high levels at various times this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1719591' first='Roman' last='Tucker'] - Senior Quarterback/Linebacker - Cushing

Cushing senior [player_tooltip player_id='1719591' first='Roman' last='Tucker'] continues to be one of the best two-way players in Class 4A and should certainly be talked about more as one of the best players in the state. Cushing knocked off perennial powerhouse Wagoner 35-14 and they continue to look like the favorite in this district. And Tucker continues to put up big numbers on both sides of the ball. In the win, he threw for 380 yards and five touchdowns on 23-27 passing. He also added 11 tackles and forced a fumble on the defensive side of the ball. Cushing and Tucker continue to be flying under the radar but they will be dangerous in November.

[player_tooltip player_id='1335935' first='Sam' last='Tecla'] - Senior Quarterback - Poteau

Poteau knocked off McLain 43-28 and the Pirates remain a team to look out for in Class 4A. Senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1335935' first='Sam' last='Tecla'] had a stellar performance in the win Thursday. He finished with just over 300 yards and three touchdowns on 15-19 passing. He also added nearly 50 yards and a touchdown on five carries. Tecla has been steady for the Pirates as they have made the transition to a new offense under a new head coach this season. Tecla and the Pirates still have a lot to play for as all three games remaining on their schedule will feel like playoff games in one way or another.

[player_tooltip player_id='1173979' first='Satank' last='Taptto'] - Sophomore Quarterback - Stillwater

6A-2's top-ranked Stillwater took down Choctaw 21-14 on Thursday night. And honestly, we could have picked quite a few players from the Pioneers, specifically on the defensive side of the ball as they played lights out. But we're going with sophomore quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1173979' first='Satank' last='Taptto'] after his three first half touchdowns on the ground put the defending champions in a hole that they couldn't climb out of in the second half. Taptto is a terrific talent that is getting better and better in this Stillwater offense. But now, they have to shift their focus to a district title showdown with Putnam City in week eight.

[player_tooltip player_id='1451366' first='Stone' last='Turner'] - Senior Wide Receiver - Union

Union is starting to pick up some momentum as we get further into October and Thursday night was another example of that. They beat Yukon 49-27 and senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1451366' first='Stone' last='Turner'] ended up being the star of the night. Turner finished with ten catches for 226 yards and four touchdowns. All in all, he accounted for nearly 300 total yards for the Redhawks as the offense picked up right where they left off the week before. Union really struggled out of the gate but it looks like they have turned the page and are playing good football and specifically on the offensive side of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1184832' first='Tyson' last='Hawkins'] - Junior Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - North Rock Creek

North Rock Creek got a close 25-20 victory over Purcell in week seven. Junior [player_tooltip player_id='1184832' first='Tyson' last='Hawkins'] had a big performance in the win and it's interesting. Every other time we've written about Hawkins, it's been for what he can do on the defensive side of the ball at cornerback. But his performance in week seven was strictly on offense. Hawkins caught 11 passes for nearly 200 yards and a pair of touchdowns. It shouldn't be surprising to see Hawkins standing out on the offensive side of the ball. His older brother Caleb was one of the absolute best players in the state last season so clearly the DNA is strong.
