Class of 2026 March Recruit Report

Colleges across the country are extremely busy getting prospects on campus and fighting for these High School recruits. In this day and age, it's more difficult than ever to receive offers from High School, and it's easier than ever to transfer to a hopefully better situation. This month in Michigan, our Top 30 prospects have been very, very busy. Only a few new commitments, but dozens of visits, and surely some NIL negotiation.   Here's the latest scoop from many of Michigan's Top 30 High School prospects.   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='568194' first='Gregory' last='Patrick'] announces Top 4</h2>   The Portage Northern Offensive Tackle has listed Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, and Penn State in his Final 4, <a href="https://x.com/Hayesfawcett3/status/1902371683194839113">per Hayes Fawcett</a>. On3 awards Michigan State as the favorite for Patrick, and this makes sense, considering his family ties to East Lansing. In fact, I know of one ACC school that has Kory extremely high on their board- they want him badly. Extremely interested if Kory ends up committing to the school I'm thinking of, or if he's looking more toward the B1G 10.   On3 Top 5 - Indiana (35%), Pitt (31%), Michigan State (10%), Purdue (8%), Illiniois (1%)   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='284008' first='Camari' last='Patterson'] visits schools, picks up New Offers</h2>   The Orchard Lake St. Mary's athlete has had a very busy March. So far this month, he's visited Georgia Tech, Youngstown State, Pitt, Kentucky, and Marshall. In that time, he's also picked up offers from Louisville, Marshall (re-offer), Ohio, and Western Michigan. It doesn't seem like there's a favorite in this race- we'll just need to wait and see.   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='567941' first='Marcus' last='Jennings'] commits to Pitt</h2>   Pitt always makes a point to recruit the Detroit area, and they got themselves a good DB in Cass Tech's [player_tooltip player_id='567941' first='Marcus' last='Jennings']. Marcus chooses Pitt over Illinois, UMass, and others.   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img src="https://prepredzone.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2025/03/JenPitt.jpeg?w=819" alt="" class="wp-image-1647894" style="width:398px;height:auto" /></figure>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='909904' first='Jake' last='Morrow'] stacks visits, picks up first D1 offer</h2>   Grand Blanc Quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='909904' first='Jake' last='Morrow'] picked up his first D1 offer from Kent State during his visit on March 26. In addition, he's visited Central Michigan, Pitt, Youngstown State, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Marshall, West Virginia, and Ohio. The Kent State offer is interesting, considering everything going on with that program. Regardless, I wouldn't be shocked if Jake earned another MAC offer. I also think he'll be a highly-touted GLIAC guy.   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='563430' first='Traverse' last='Moore'] commits to Central Michigan</h2>   DeWitt ATH [player_tooltip player_id='563430' first='Traverse' last='Moore'] is taking his talents to Mount Pleasant. Extremely earned, and I'm very curious to see what position he ends up playing.   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img src="https://prepredzone.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2025/03/Traverse.jpeg?w=838" alt="" class="wp-image-1647902" style="width:317px;height:auto" /></figure>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='566975' first='David' last='Williams'] earning late offers </h2>   In March alone, David has picked up offers from Colorado State, Eastern Michigan, and Ball State. He's definitely a D1 prospect in my eyes- has the skill, competition, and testing numbers. Interesting to see where he ends up committing!   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='212359' first='Isaiah' last='Harris'] commits to Miami (OH)</h2>   The best outside linebacker / EDGE rusher in the SEC Red commits to Miami of Ohio. Another Miami commit coming from Michigan- one of the top schools in the MAC is doing very well recruiting Michigan.   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img src="https://prepredzone.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2025/03/IHarris.jpeg?w=870" alt="" class="wp-image-1647905" style="width:338px;height:auto" /></figure>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Best Uncommitted Prospects</h2>   [player_tooltip player_id='212358' first='Corey' last='Sadler'], Cass Tech   Can go practically wherever he wants. A recruit of his status also should have a lot of leverage when it comes to NIL.   [player_tooltip player_id='563425' first='Izaiah' last='Wright'], Carlson   247 predicts Zay is a likely West Virginia commit. Also holds offers from Akron, Colorado State, and others.   [player_tooltip player_id='557747' first='Khalief' last='Canty'], Cass Tech   Canty posted a top 12 back in November but has since picked up offers from Missouri, Penn State, and North Carolina. Another big-time prospect who could have leverage when it comes to NIL.   [player_tooltip player_id='566981' first='Jack' last='Janda'], Detroit Catholic Central   The 6'6" 240lb TE seems to be taking Spring visits before narrowing his search. On3 lists Michigan as the favorite to land Jack, though he has a spring visit scheduled at Wisconsin.   [player_tooltip player_id='1148715' first='Samson' last='Gash'], Detroit Catholic Central   Gash has been busy this month, competing at the Polynesian Bowl, visiting Vanderbilt, and picking up a bit more college interest. So far, Samson is a High MAC - Low Power 4 prospect.   [player_tooltip player_id='1080316' first='Owen' last='Winder'], Dexter   Owen has been busy this month, having visited Indiana, BYU, and West Virginia. Plus, he has a visit scheduled at Toledo this Monday, March 31.   [player_tooltip player_id='566881' first='Nathan' last='Gersh'], Dexter   Visits, visits, visits. Nathan has visited Kansas and Toledo this month. Not much information of where/when he's committing.   [player_tooltip player_id='568140' first='Amir' last='Morelan'], Port Huron Northern   A few workout videos, but other than that, not much buzz around [player_tooltip player_id='568140' first='Amir' last='Morelan']. This is a prospect I've loved since his freshman season. Should still be a D1 guy.   Samarae Stephans, Detroit MLK   Someone I seem to be higher on than most. Samarae visited Youngstown State and Pitt this month, though doesn't have any offers listed on Twitter.   [player_tooltip player_id='1148696' first='Travis' last='Robertson'], West Bloomfield   This month, Travis visited Michigan State, and earned an offer from Louisville.   [player_tooltip player_id='1522332' first='Antonio' last='Solares-Vitti'], Divine Child   After a breakout Junior Season, Antonio has picked up a ton of D1 attention. This month, he's picked up offers from Louisville and Kent State. Expecting Antonio to be a High MAC / Low P4 prospect.
