The Under Armour camp circuit hit north Texas over the weekend and Oklahoma had a solid showing with 13 prospects heading south and performing against elite competition. Prep Redzone Oklahoma was on hand to check out the action and we have breakdowns on every player in attendance. Below, we take a look at the six prospects that impressed us the most throughout the morning and afternoon. We also have some notes on the other players from Oklahoma as well. With a decent amount of players in the late session, we weren't able to see as much from the WR and DB groups but we did get our eyes on every Oklahoma prospect there.

[player_tooltip player_id='521089' first='Bryson' last='Brown'] - 2027 Defensive Back - Owasso

The battle for the top overall spot in the state's 2027 class is getting more and more competitive. Owasso 2027 DB [player_tooltip player_id='521089' first='Bryson' last='Brown'] feels like a name that is in that conversation when you consider how much his recruitment has blown up in the last few months. Brown came down to Texas, looking to dominate from the cornerback position and when we got a chance to watch him in 1 on 1's, he was able to do just that. There was a great combination of speed, mobility and anticipation that made him a big problem for wide receivers. More times than not, the wide receivers have the advantage in these camp settings. Sunday was not one of those times. Brown really impressed us in Texas and the ceiling is incredibly high.

[player_tooltip player_id='1214367' first='David' last='Thomas'] - 2028 Wide Receiver - Stillwater

Stillwater 2028 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1214367' first='David' last='Thomas'] was the only freshman from Oklahoma that made the trip down to Texas for this camp and he looked like he belonged. Thomas is definitely in the conversation for being the top overall guy in the state's 2028 class and backed up the hype on Sunday. Thomas is incredibly quick and in a lot of ways, he reminds us of [player_tooltip player_id='284117' first='Mason' last='James'] and he was another Oklahoma standout from Sunday's camp. Thomas is incredibly quick and had a strong performance throughout the afternoon in north Texas. Now, he had a breakout season during his freshman year and he has the chance to be one of the top overall playmakers in Class 6A-2 moving forward. College coaches have already taken notice of Thomas.

[player_tooltip player_id='284115' first='Jae'Lin' last='Battle'] - 2026 Defensive Lineman - Edmond Santa Fe

This is the second straight year that we've gone down to north Texas for the Under Armour camp and it's the second straight year that an Oklahoman took back a positional MVP award. Edmond Santa Fe defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='284115' first='Jae'Lin' last='Battle'] was that guy this weekend and we were honestly pumped to see that. Battle has dealt with nagging injuries that has prevented him from blowing up as a prospect but you can see the blend of athleticism and size that makes him a name to know along the defensive line. Battle had several moves working for him and he dominated when we watched him and he earned MVP honors. And college coaches were obviously paying attention because Battle had a handful of D1 offers by the end of the day. Right now, he's under the radar, but not for long.

[player_tooltip player_id='473952' first='Joseph' last='Graves'] - 2027 Defensive Lineman - Booker T Washington

Another defensive lineman that was absolutely dominant was Booker T Washington 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='473952' first='Joseph' last='Graves'] and that came as no surprise considering he's one of the top overall prospects in the class. We've said this before but it deserves to be repeated here. In a 1 on 1 situation, Graves either wins the rep or he gets held and that goes back to his freshman season. Graves has a unique blend of size, strength, quickness and moves that make him an absolute nightmare for opposing offensive linemen. We watched Graves do rep after rep on Sunday morning and he won just about every rep. And again, the reps where he didn't beat his man, he was more than likely getting held, otherwise he would have blown by the man in front of him. He's an absolute monster on the interior.

[player_tooltip player_id='891992' first='Kason' last='Delgado'] - 2027 Quarterback - Broken Arrow

2027 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='891992' first='Kason' last='Delgado'] was in the news in the last week as he moved from Edmond Santa Fe to Broken Arrow and he immediately becomes a name to know at the quarterback position in the Tulsa area. Delgado was in the building early to work with the running backs in addition to his work with the wide receivers and he immediately impressed. The ball absolutely jumped out of his hand and it got to the pass catcher in a hurry. Delgado showcased a variety of different throws throughout the afternoon and just about every time we watched a rep of his, he was throwing the ball with accuracy and zip. Delgado has recently worked on his overall passing mechanics and it looks like it's been work for the better because he had a really strong showing on Sunday.

[player_tooltip player_id='284117' first='Mason' last='James'] - 2026 Wide Receiver - Norman North

We're obviously biased because our focus was only on the Oklahoma prospects but we didn't see many wide receivers (if any) that were more consistently great than 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='284117' first='Mason' last='James'] out of Norman North. James has been one of the more dynamic wide receivers in Oklahoma for a while now and he put that talent on display on Sunday. James is so incredibly fast in the open field but it's much more than that. His cutting and overall quickness is next to impossible to stay with for opposing defensive backs and that makes him unguardable in camp settings. On one rep in particular, James ran a comeback route and did it with such suddenness, came back to the football, made the catch and by the time he had the ball, he had about 10 yards of separation from the DB.

[player_tooltip player_id='415161' first='Braeden' last='Presley'] - 2026 Defensive Back - Bixby

The last time we saw Bixby's [player_tooltip player_id='415161' first='Braeden' last='Presley'] in person, he was dominating at the wide receiver position in the state championship game. On Sunday, Presley was working at defensive back and had a good showing. Since that state title game, Presley has seen his recruitment absolutely explode with offers from all over the country.

[player_tooltip player_id='402368' first='Carter' last='Langenderfer'] - 2026 Defensive Back - Owasso

Owasso 2026 defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='402368' first='Carter' last='Langenderfer'] was a name that we started to really notice at this time last year and then he continued that momentum during the 2024 season. Langenderfer is one part of a very impressive Owasso secondary. He was the second Owasso DB standout that made the trip down to north Texas and really performed well.

[player_tooltip player_id='206345' first='Conner' last='Quintero'] - 2026 Quarterback - Stillwater

2026 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='206345' first='Conner' last='Quintero'] is back at Stillwater after spending his junior season at Heritage Hall and there's reason to be excited about this potential. Quintero has continued to develop as a passer and the Pioneers have some absolute weapons at wide receiver. Quintero had a high confidence level throughout the camp on Sunday afternoon.

[player_tooltip player_id='1624786' first='DJ' last='Ackerson'] - 2026 Linebacker - Putnam City

There aren't many 2026 prospects who have blown up quite like Putnam City's [player_tooltip player_id='1624786' first='DJ' last='Ackerson'] over the last few months. Ackerson went from somewhat of an unknown to getting offers from all over the country. Ackerson was working at the linebacker position and he was the only Oklahoman at that position and did pretty well during the 1 on 1 period.

[player_tooltip player_id='402375' first='Evenson' last='Malaska'] - 2026 Defensive Back - Bethany

This was our first chance to see Bethany 2026 defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='402375' first='Evenson' last='Malaska'] in person since his freshman season. Malaska bounced back in 2024 with a vengeance after missing a lot of his sophomore season. Now, Malaska appears to be another big name to know in the state's 2026 defensive back class and that class is getting bigger by the day.

[player_tooltip player_id='402379' first='Landon' last='Gatson'] - 2026 Quarterback - Choctaw

Choctaw 2026 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='402379' first='Landon' last='Gatson'] is ready for a monster 2025 football season. He had his best year of his career in 2024 and returned to north Texas for the Under Armour camp for the second straight year. He continued to show off the arm strength and when we start looking ahead to the 2025 season, Gatson is going to be a big name to know.

[player_tooltip player_id='1051130' first='Trey' last='Sherrod'] - 2026 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - Edmond Santa Fe

Our final Oklahoman was Edmond Santa Fe's [player_tooltip player_id='1051130' first='Trey' last='Sherrod'] and while he might be known around the state as a defensive back prospect, he got work on Sunday at the wide receiver position. Sherrod had a good running in the "gauntlet" drill and then took that momentum into 1 on 1's. He definitely showed that he's a legitimate two-way guy to know.
