joined the Tigers in late April and immediately gave a boost to the Broken Arrow secondary. Brown is one of the top overall prospects in the state’s 2027 class and the list of D1 offers that Brown has received continues to get longer and longer. We’ve had a chance to watch Brown up close and in person a handful of times this offseason and we can see where the hype is coming from. He has the ability to lockdown his side of the field and the upside moving forward is incredibly high. When you look at the talent that Broken Arrow will have specifically in the secondary this season, it’s hard to imagine many teams having success throwing the ball on the Tigers.

is joining Stanford as new additions to the Broken Arrow secondary and the two of them make up a very powerful duo to watch this season. Brown is a cornerback that continues to rise in confidence and has a very good reputation in the state’s 2027 class. It feels like at least once a week, Brown is earning another D1 offer so the offer list continues to look the part from an elite prospect. This offseason, Brown moved over to Broken Arrow from Owasso and we’re looking forward to seeing how he makes the transition. When we caught him in person this spring, his side of the field wasn’t challenged very often. We’re looking forward to seeing another year of film and how he develops this fall.

is a name that started emerging around this time last year. He started receiving legitimate D1 interest and that’s never really slowed down. Brown had a solid sophomore season and we’ve gotten a chance to watch him go to work in person a handful of times this offseason. The first thing that stands out to us is his size. He looks significantly bigger than what we remember from a year ago. And at the cornerback position, he still has the speed to stay with any wide receiver he lines up across from. That combination of speed and overall size and strength make him a very intriguing prospect to watch. And because of that, it feels like Brown is receiving a D1 offer every other day this offseason.

is another 2027 prospect that remains in the top five of the latest update. He’s a prospect that had a terrific offseason from a recruiting perspective. He picked up a handful of D1 offers and the interest hasn’t really slowed down since the season began. Owasso has also been absolutely dominant this year and has emerged as the best team in Oklahoma. Brown has definitely benefitted from that as he’s had more eyes on him in the last two months. He’s still a prospect that we want to see more of in person. We’ve watched the film and have seen him in person a few times but we think there’s a lot here to like. He’s another prospect with a very high ceiling and is just scratching the surface on what he’ll be.

We’ve seen Brown in person a few times and he’s expected to have a major role in the Owasso defense this season. When you compare Brown to some of the other top prospects in this class, there’s a lot of potential for him to flirt with the top spot. And we cannot wait to learn more about him as a player when he takes the field this season.

Bryson Brown tested extremely well throughout the whole combine, as he had the quickest shuttle times out of all of the defensive backs. The same solid speed that helped him make the article for quickest 40 yard dash, helped him show off some agility with it, as he recorded 4.85 and 4.91.
