The 6-foot-3, 295-pound defensive lineman is going to step in and have an opportunity to immeidately be the top player in the 2026 recruiting rankings within Pennsylvania. Proven to be a good pass rusher as well as a quality defender against the run. Has multiple FBS and FCS offers. McDonald has elite size at 6-foot-8 and has just as high of a ceiling. Good athlete who shows good explosiveness, agility, and elusiveness. Good athlete with quality speed, a good catch radius, and is very good at high-pointing the football. Shows good athleticism and is a fundamentally strong prospect as well. Moves well for a prospect at nearly 300 pounds and uses his size and strength very well when it comes to shedding blocks and getting through the line of scrimmage. Good ball skills and has very good awareness as well.
