Reid also does a good job running the alley and coming field upfield to make tackles in the open field. Reid is a talented player who recently de-committed from Stanford, so he should get another opportunity soon. He projects as a Division 1 College Football Player.

Having two Power Five prospects, both of which are deployable on both sides of the ball as well as returnmen on special teams, is a luxury that will have Neumann-Goretti in games against any program in 3A football, period.

Prescott and Reid combo as partners in two-high safety sets, making attacking vertically a daunting task for opposing QBs and WRs. Reid has provided some memorable reps on offense as well as on special teams, yet his prowess is most felt on the defensive side of the football. You can’t go wrong at this level, slotting this young man anywhere in your secondary. Consistently at the hip of even some of the best separators in the PCL, can run stride for stride with track stars in the PCL, too. Couple this with his remarkable ability to fill the alley down from his safety spot. Reid has been a force playing the run, often blowing up plays before LBs in front of him can even react to ball carriers headed their way.
