Crosby demonstrates great awareness and maneuverability, effectively navigating around re-routers and making catches in the intermediate areas. With his agility and quickness, he proves to be a shifty player with the ball in his hands. His speed and short-area quickness are notable assets. Crosby is a weapon that requires finding creative ways to get him involved with touches. He displays good footwork and hips, particularly when breaking off the hash at safety in Cover 2. He consistently intercepts passes at the highest point and has the ability to return them for scores. Kyshawn is a blue-chip DB whose explosion will continue to rise. He shows physicality, effectively disengaging from blocks, and excels at making tackles in open field situations. In off-man coverage, he displays patience and exhibits skills in man-to-man coverage overall. His backpedal is at a controlled tempo and a low pad level. HAWK’S OPINION:
Daiveon is built like a grown man, at 6’1 215 pounds as he enters his sophomore season. He‘s explosive off the ball at DE and maintains a strong motor. In terms of agility, he demonstrates the ability to redirect his movement when pursuing the ball carrier. When rushing the quarterback, he effectively leans and shaves the edge of the offensive tackle. He exhibits physicality and dominance when tackling opponents in open space. With his speed, he is capable of blitzing from different positions, whether it’s from depth or off the edge. From LB, he showcases solid lateral movement while tracking ball carriers in pursuit. He’s athletic enough to cover TE’s & RBs out of the backfield in man coverage. Daiveon’s skill set makes him an ideal candidate to excel on special teams at the college level. It remains uncertain how much bigger he will grow, but he’s already a problem at the high school level. Daiveon has received three D1 offers from WVU, Syracuse, and Miami, Ohio.
