How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
First three steps are so critical! I play fast with aggression and have solid instincts, field awareness, and anticipation. Low man wins and you will feel my hits as my goal is to provide the DEF with a plethora of #pancakes! Most importantly, I love to 'pull' making a gaping hole for my RBs to gain extra yards! Knowing my job and protecting my Q is Priority #1!
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I lead by example letting my aggressive play speak for itself! My mentality on OFF is you will not get past me! Preparation in film, playing smart, reviewing tendencies of my opponents, and exploiting their weaknesses are all areas that we as a team spend an enormous amount of time reviewing. It takes all 11 of us to successfully execute a play, so we all do our best to work as a unit.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I've been selected for Leadership workshops where Coaches picked me to represent Arrowhead High School. During these off-site sessions, we learned teamwork and planning to achieve a common goal. I've learned that leading by example, and help others less fortunate is a critical element to the overall health of my community ... pay it forward is in my DNA!
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Taking responsibility and developing an understanding on how to handle adversity and socially, in the classroom and on the field is critical. This year, our team has high-goals, and we will take one-game at a time. Working hard in the off-season, continuing to get better every day, building confidence in my abilities, and with the support of our Coaches, there is nothing that we can not do!
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Several years ago, my Mom had a stroke 4 days before Christmas. This was the most tragic event that I ever had to encounter. Mom not being home for Christmas that year was not easy, and it was very hard my entire family! With a lot of physical therapy and hard work, my Mom is back to normal! Our entire family stayed strong mentally and we are so thankful for her recovery!
What type of college are you looking for?
Receiving great leadership, an atmosphere of teamwork, great football, and most importantly, obtaining a solid education are my priorities! I've been to several camps this year and have been selected to compete in Naples, FL for the 2025 #FBU Top Gun Showcase. #Madison, #Iowa, and several other camps are on the list. Always looking forward at getting better and competing!
