Film shows us that Bailey is primarily utilized as a receiver appears bigger on film than listed. He is comfortable making falling grabs, the ability to high point the ball, and also coming back to the ball, catching it, while working through contact. Also a team player, he is an aggressive blocker along the perimeter. Defensively he is a safety who profile tackles well. He has speed in the alley and good pursuit angles to force bad throws and take away big gains. I consider Bailey a raw prospect with high upside. His athletics and football instincts clearly show on film, but there is always room for improvement – and in Bailey’s case refinement in his game. Defensively I hope to see Bailey maintain force leverage in his run fit and a few more clips defending the pass; whereas on offense I hope to see more fine tuning in his route running to create more natural space.
