Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I play with a mix of power and discipline. As an edge rusher, I focus on using my size, strength, and technique to disrupt plays, set the edge, and create opportunities for my team. I stay coachable, always look to improve, and bring a relentless but respectful attitude to every snap.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
People call me gentle giant off the field — respectful, responsible, and always looking out for others — but on the field, I flip the switch and bring intensity and focus. I believe in treating everyone with respect, staying humble, and always working hard to get better. I’m very coachable and take pride in doing things the right way, both in football and in life.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I’ve always been a strong student, maintaining a 4.0 GPA and regularly receiving Star Awards at school for academics. In 2018, I was named MVP as a quarterback for MilVil in Mililani, Hawaii. While I’m focused on football now, I take just as much pride in my academics and always strive to represent myself, my family, my team, and my school with excellence both on and off the field.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’ve developed a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and service through both football and my community involvement. Through my church, I’ve helped clean yards for members, participated in community trash cleanups in Hawaii, and painted school buildings through my mom’s work. These experiences have taught me the importance of giving back, staying humble, and working hard for something bigger
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced was losing both my grandfather and my father back-to-back in 2022. It was a very difficult time for me and my family, but it taught me a lot about resilience, strength, and the importance of supporting the people you love. I carry their memory with me every day, and they motivate me to keep pushing forward, both in football and in life.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a college that values both strong academics & a competitive football program. I want a place where I can continue to grow as a player, be coached at a high level & contribute to a team culture built on hard work, respect, and accountability. It’s also important to me to be part of a supportive community where I can challenge myself in the classroom & prepare for life after football
