Cash Hollingshead
About Cash
Expert Analysis
Andy Pham | Prep Redzone Scout
Cash comes into Salem Hills with a year of experience. He has the size to stand tall in the pocket, and when he unleashes the deep ball, it is one of the best in the state. He’s the unquestioned starter for Salem Hills, and they run a high-octane offense; he should put up good tape and numbers for the final season, and he’s seeing looks at the FCS level and should continue to garner more looks.

Hollingshead was making deep throws look easy and was throwing some of the tightest spirals of the day. He had a good sense of when to put touch under the ball and when to put some heat on it.

Cash has done a good job being the point guard of the offense and keeping the offense in rhythm, and keeping them ahead of the chains. He’s processed well and has done a good job in keeping the ball out of danger. He throws a good deep ball, and if Skyridge gets aggressive early and often, I would expect a deep ball from Cash to open the game up.

Cash has spent the past couple of seasons on Thursday nights and has been in a camp battle all season long. He has the size and the frame you want. Cash throws a good, deep ball and has the ball placement you want to see. He’ll take what the defense gives him and is a player who is best when he’s aggressive and stresses the defense out when he throws it over the top.

Hollingshed has the size and all the tools you want in a signal caller. He throws a good deep ball and is accurate with his passes. If he gets two years of varsity tape, he has a chance to be the unquestioned QB2 of the class and climb inside the top 12.

Hollingshead had some nice throws on the night and took shots deep, but made good reads throughout the evening. He has a good size and knows when to take some velocity off. With two years remaining, his offseason will be very important for his growth and potential for the next level.
