About Haloa
Expert Analysis

Haloa is an exceptional athlete. He did drills as a receiver and during the throwing session had mnay reps where he had a couple of steps on his cornerback. He’s a player that has multiple options, aside from being a receiver, he can be a strong safety and even a running back. The thought of him bulking up and using his athletic movement and footwork as a running back is intriguing. He has good instincts as a safety as I’ve seen him continue to refine his craft, he’s a player that could seize a big oppurtunity in 2026.

Haloa has a good frame on him and he is an exceptional mover. He’s a twitchy athlete, with great hip sink and a fluid player who can play multiple positions. With his hip fluidity and overall quickness, he would make for an excellent slot or “Y” receiver or move to the other side of the ball and be a cover corner. He has excellent traits and once he finds his home, he’ll blossom. One of the best pure movers in the class and being a shutdown corner makes him intriguing for coaches and coordinators, plenty to like.

Haloa is a tremendous athlete. He is a physical player who moves exceptionally well, has good lateral movements, and has a good burst and acceleration. He projects as a hybrid running back and receiver who operates short and intermediate. He is good with the ball in his hands, makes defenders miss, and has good footwork. His frame lends him to be a running back, but his footwork, elusiveness and how he operates in space, gives him an easy pathway as a slot receiver and eventually moving out as a boundary receiver, he’s an exceptional athlete and defensively shows good physicality and projects as a safety, on-ball hybrid backer. Great ceiling.
