The first thing that stands out when you watch Noe is his rugby background and physical style of play. I’ve seen him up close and from DB drills to one on one reps, he is a player who gets better with every rep. He has good instincts, makes it difficult for the pass catcher and shows good cover skills and does a good job of disrupting passing windows. He has good recovery speed and is a player who can morph into a box safety or off-ball backer. Lots of potential to like.

A relatively new face, he has a rugby background and brings that physicality to his game. He likely is best as a box safety where he can use his physical skill set to support in run coverage and take on defenders. He displayed good reps during the one-on-one session and showed good cover skills. With added weight, he could transition to a backer role. Good upside.
