Expert Analysis
Andy Pham | Prep Redzone Scout
Filitaula is still trying to catch his footing as he comes in from Washington and picking up a new system. He has a good arm and the ball his a nice velocity.

Filitaula has a good size and a ready-made frame already. He should only get stronger in his frame. Filitaula has good arm talent, makes off-platform throws with ease, and does a good job throwing on the run and not needing to set his feet to deliver a deep ball. He shows good accuracy, the ability to lead his receivers open, and the ability to layer throws with ease. Filitaula gets to his second reads and will look off his primary target to manipulate the deep safety. He has good pocket mobility, navigates within the pocket well and never looks panicked. Filitaula will climb the pocket and is a gritty player who finds ways to make plays. He shows good mobility and a good runner who will move the chains and can pick up chunk yards if the defense doesn’t account for him as a potential runner. Filitaula is best as a tempo and rhythmic passer, he comes in from Seattle and will be attending Lehi for his final season. He’s a player that should get regionally recruited with the upside of Power-Four looks.
