2025 George Washington RB Sai’Vyon Brown Sai’Vyon Brown 5'11" | 170 lbs | RB George Washington | 2025 State WV has been one of the top rushers in the state through the first three weeks of the season and has put some things on film during the early portion of his senior year. Brown is having the breakout senior season that we anticipated him having and is outplaying his current ranking as an early season stock riser. He’s seeing a much bigger role and workload in 2024, and Brown is making the most of them with 455 yards and 3 touchdowns while averaging over 8 yards per carry.
Brown has shown great elusiveness while shedding tacklers and making defenders miss consistently through three games. His footwork has been stellar when choosing his running lane and he’s shown an explosive burst once he picks where he wants to run. Brown’s ranking will reflect his impressive play on the field after the season if he continues this trajectory of play.

18 carries 163 rushing yards
2025 George Washington RB Sai’Vyon Brown Sai’Vyon Brown 5'11" | 170 lbs | RB George Washington | 2025 State WV followed up his week one Offensive Player of the Week performance with a strong game against John Marshall which saw some delays due to weather. The scoreboard didn’t see much use in a rainy game but Brown still managed to eclipse 150 rushing yards again on just 18 carries. He was the Patriots’ best offense once again even without scoring this week as one of the more elusive running backs in the state through the first two weeks of the season.

2025 George Washington RB Sai’Vyon Brown Sai’Vyon Brown 5'11" | 170 lbs | RB George Washington | 2025 State WV debuted his senior season with a bang rushing for 193 yards and 3 touchdowns in the Patriots’ 39-0 shutout of St. Albans. We said in our team preview earlier this summer that Brown was poised for a breakout year with the Patriots searching for a running back to step up this season and he delivered that in a big way. He showed great footwork and vision behind the line of scrimmage and choosing his running lanes. Brown also broke tackles and made defenders miss at a high level throughout the game. We were impressed with how hard he ran the ball fighting for extra yards and giving maximum effort on every carry which combined with his impressive stat line earned him the PRZ WV Offensive Player of the Week in week one.

Sai’Vyon Brown Sai’Vyon Brown 5'11" | 170 lbs | RB George Washington | 2025 State WV got overshadowed a bit last season as a junior among some highly touted teammates but should have his breakout year as a senior in 2024. Brown is a scat-back prospect who should be much more productive in the running game for the Patriots this season as they’ll be looking for someone to step up. He has a great burst and some twitch in his game that makes him a difficult tackle in the open field. Brown has very good footwork with great quickness that will allow him to create explosive plays this season. He has defensive back versatility as well and could play on that side of the ball in college but his playmaking potential on offense gives him a high ceiling for RB or slot receiver.
More opportunities are available for Brown to showcase what he can do as a senior and has already earned an offer from WV State heading into his final season.
