has been a site favorite for a while now and is playing the best ball of his career as a senior.
The biggest trait that he’s improved over the years is size as he still has plenty of work to do in that aspect but has done a great job to date working towards that goal. Lude is much bigger and stronger than in his younger years and has maintained the high-level athleticism he has for a big-man prospect. He has the best footwork in the 2025 OL class and won’t often be beaten in 1-on-1 blocks. Lude is a confident player who plays with a mean streak and is finishing blocks in the running game to pair with his impressive pass-pro ability.

‘s game here at PRZ WV and believe he’s still one of the more underrated prospects in this class. Saint Francis finally saw what we’ve seen in him and extended Lude his first D1 offer back in May, and he’s deserving of much more. Size may be the one trait that has kept bigger programs from offering Lude at this juncture, but you won’t find many big men as athletic as he is. We’ve said time and time again that Lude has some of the best feet and footwork that you find in a lineman anywhere, and we stand behind that statement. He’s done a great job building up his body and filling out his frame over the years and still isn’t close to his ceiling in that regard.
Lude will be a major steal for whichever college gets his signature on Signing Day and is a must-watch OL prospect this season.

. We’ve been very high on Lude since our 2025 rankings were overhauled in the summer of 2023, and he’s been a consistent Top 15 player since then. It feels like only a matter of time before a D1 program pulls the trigger on Lude’s first offer with recent visits to App State and Morehead State and surprising that it hasn’t happened yet. Lude is a tremendous athlete for a big man and has the best feet and agility in this offensive line class and some of the best we’ve seen in recent memory. Size may be the one concern that colleges have for Lude, but he’s made strides in that area over the past year and can make up for it. Lude has advanced quickness and footwork that is natural to him with the mean streak and physicality to make him a well-rounded OL prospect. He’s bordering on having the length to play OT at the D1 level, but Lude could also develop into a high-level guard in college with the athletic traits that he has if those programs are worried about length.
Lude is as technically and fundamentally sound as it comes at the high school level, and we’d recommend D1 programs get in the mix sooner rather than later.

had a small drop in the rankings in the winter update when junior highlights weren’t available but takes back the spot he previously had in the update prior. Lude now sits at #15 overall and the #2 ranked OL in the 2025 class as he once held. He has steadily gotten bigger over the years which has been the one knock on him as he has all of the other tools needed for the position. Now listed at 6’3 255, Lude still has plenty of room to keep growing but appears to be maintaining the high-level athleticism he has shown throughout his career as he gets bigger. He has the best feet and footwork by a WV offensive lineman that I’ve evaluated since joining PRZ at a position that has produced some elite big men over the years. I believe Lude has D1 ability and would not be shocked to see him pick up an offer before his senior season especially if he can eventually reach the size needed to play the position at that level.
