2027 George Washington OL Parker Chapman earned a spot in the rankings after another review of his junior film. Chapman may not have the ideal size that some college programs prefer, but he makes up for it with toughness, athleticism, and being a high-effort player with good technique. Playing alongside a talented Patriots offensive line, he consistently held his own and is an underrated piece to their success up front. Chapman is a stout, strong lineman who moves well and brings plenty of effort on every snap. Those traits should put him on the radar of D2 and D3 programs as he enters his senior season.

is one of those players who got overshadowed by some teammates last season, along their offensive line, but the film tells a different story. Playing next to some bigger names up front, he quietly did his job and did it well, helping open lanes for a 1,600-yard freshman back. He’s not the biggest lineman at 6’0, 250, but he plays with natural leverage and understands how to win with it. Chapman fires off the ball, gets underneath defenders, and uses strong hands to stay connected through the rep. What really stands out is how quick he is for his size. His feet are active, he moves well in space, and he doesn’t look out of place against bigger bodies. There’s a lot to like here, and Chapman feels like a player who could take a noticeable jump this season.
