One of the biggest changes in this rankings cycle was the expansion of the 2027 rankings, creating opportunities for a new wave of prospects to earn their place on the board. Some of these players have steadily developed behind the scenes, while others caught our attention through updated film, camp performances, or strong junior seasons that warranted a closer look. Earning a spot in the rankings is never automatic, and each of these prospects did enough to separate themselves from a crowded field. Here are the newest additions to the 2027 Top 150 rankings.

2027 Bridgeport TE/EDGE Sean Veltri makes his debut inside the Top 150 after posting film for the first time this offseason. Veltri checks in as the #4 TE in the class, though his long-term projection may ultimately be on the defensive side of the ball as an outside linebacker or edge prospect. His athleticism and versatility stood out on film, especially in Bridgeport's single-wing offense, where he contributes as both a blocker and a pass-catching threat down the seam. Veltri showed enough flashes as a junior to warrant a spot in the rankings and gives college coaches plenty to work with. With a good senior season, he looks like a prospect capable of attracting D2 attention.

2027 Ripley OL Ian King earns a spot in the rankings as one of the more underrated offensive linemen in the class. King possesses the size that college coaches look for when evaluating offensive line prospects at 6'3 290. He brings a physical presence up front and has the frame to continue developing as he heads into his senior season. While he may not receive the same attention as some of the higher-profile linemen around the state, the tools are there to attract college interest. Expect D2 and D3 programs to take a closer look this fall as they continue evaluating offensive line talent in the 2027 class.

2027 George Washington OL Parker Chapman earned a spot in the rankings after another review of his junior film. Chapman may not have the ideal size that some college programs prefer, but he makes up for it with toughness, athleticism, and being a high-effort player with good technique. Playing alongside a talented Patriots offensive line, he consistently held his own and is an underrated piece to their success up front. Chapman is a stout, strong lineman who moves well and brings plenty of effort on every snap. Those traits should put him on the radar of D2 and D3 programs as he enters his senior season.

2027 Bridgeport DB Aiden Gorby makes his debut inside the Top 150 after narrowly missing the cut in the previous update. Gorby is a quality athlete who has continued developing and impressed us in person at a previous camp. He plays in a strong Bridgeport program that continues to produce talent, and his skill set stood out enough to earn a place on the board this cycle. Gorby enters his senior season with an opportunity to take another step forward and establish himself as one of the better defensive backs in the class. If he puts together the year he's capable of, D2 opportunities could start opening up down the road.

2027 Wheeling Park LB Quentin Scott enters his senior season with a chance to step into a much larger spotlight. Playing alongside a standout linebacker like Nolan Yanchak last year meant some of his work flew under the radar, but now Scott has an opportunity to become the next standout defender from a Wheeling Park program that has developed plenty of quality linebackers over the years. He brings a good frame, plays downhill, and shows the athleticism needed to make plays all over the field. Scott has the physical tools that colleges look for at the position and should be a key piece of the Patriots' defense this fall. A strong senior season could put him firmly on the radar of D2 programs while giving him a very solid D3 floor.

2027 Bridgeport ATH Graham Vincent is another new Indian to the Top 150 and a player whose development over the last few years has been hard to miss. Vincent has done a nice job adding size and strength since first appearing on our radar, raising both his ceiling as a player and his appeal as a college prospect. He put together a breakout junior season and showed he could contribute on both sides of the ball for the Indians. Defensively, he flashed the athleticism and instincts that earned him a spot in the rankings, while also serving as the "quarterback" in Bridgeport's single-wing offense to help keep defenses honest. Vincent heads into his senior season as another versatile piece for their program.

2027 Wheeling Park DB Michael Neider makes his debut in the rankings after putting together a strong junior season as a two-year starter for the Patriots. Neider may not always generate the headlines, but he consistently does the little things well and plays the position with sound technique. He does a nice job consistently putting himself in a position to make plays on the football. The junior film showed a smart, disciplined corner who understands his assignment and rarely finds himself out of position. With another year of experience ahead of him, Neider has the traits to develop into a D2 prospect and already carries a strong D3 floor in our eyes.

2027 South Charleston LB/S Robert Miller enters the rankings as a prospect with plenty of untapped potential heading into his senior season. After transferring from Nitro, Miller will join a talented South Charleston program and should have an opportunity to make an immediate impact. His combination of size and athleticism stands out, especially for a hybrid defender capable of playing multiple roles. Miller has already generated some small college interest, but it feels like there is another level available if his development continues in the right direction. A strong senior season could go a long way toward expanding his recruiting profile and putting him on the radar of more programs.
