He is on the smaller side, but his multi-sport background with basketball and track offers valuable athletic context. He is a bit unorthodox as a passer with a dramatic hitch in his throwing motion, but he frequently muscles the ball into tight windows. He looks very comfortable when working off-platform and has good vision when rolling out, finding receivers cutting back over the middle of the field. He can mix up pace and touch on the ball to make different throws. There are certainly some “wow” throws on his senior tape. He is a gifted runner who is averaging over 6 yards per carry this year.
