is an up-and-coming WR/DB prospect out of Hewitt Trussville who made game-changing plays on both sides of the ball all year long.
Offensively, Billups is a well-rounded WR who gains tons of separation off his routes, is explosive after the catch, and is a reliable blocker out wide who opens up tons of space for his teammates out in the secondary.
Billups has also lined up and produced at SS- providing great coverage over the top and consistently tracking the ball to haul in some really impressive INTs and PBUs downfield.
Even on special teams, Billups finds ways to make an impact- consistently creating huge returns off kickoffs and putting his offense in great starting field position.
