“Williams is a massive threat out of the backfield. He’s incredibly quick, highly elusive, and can use his speed and acceleration to massive advantage in the open field. There are few, if any, defenders opposite of him that can pursue and take him down- he’s a really athletic ballcarrier that defenses will have to watch out for.
On top of that, Williams has shown he can withstand and play through contact as well. He runs hard, can step out of tackles, and remains on his feet to create huge gains on the ground. I’m really excited to see Williams progress even more in year two; he has a ton to offer.”

Mr. Williams doesn’t disappoint as far as what you would expect out of a smaller ball carrier. He has good agility and excellent top end speed. His patience is noticeable on film and the acceleration to daylight leaves you excited to see more from this running back. It’s also not surprising to see Daniel has a solid track resume as well. I assume there will loads of explosive plays on his highlight reel by years end.
