Ali is a really impressive CB who can deliver massive hits out in the secondary. He’s strong, flies to the ball, and does a great job getting low to lay out the ball carrier. Ali is terrific at getting his hands on the ball- he’s talented in man and zone and does a great job using his hands to break up passes all over the field.

Ali put up a huge year out in Hewitt-Trussville’s secondary last fall, ending the season with 27 total tackles (11 solo, one for loss) and 8 pass breakups.

Ali is an extremely impressive CB who can deliver some of the biggest hits I’ve seen at the HS level. Ali is a coverage corner who excels at jarring the ball free from WRs- he’s excellent in both man and zone and does an excellent job using his hands or delivering massive hits to break up passes downfield. It’s extremely impressive how good Ali is in coverage- he isn’t easily baited by quarterbacks, can press and play off the LOS, and can shut down an opposing WRs entire route tree.
