Last week, Harris was nothing short of outstanding in Thompson’s recent matchup against Hoover where he showcased his versatility and playmaking abilities by making a ton of key plays for their defense. On the game, Harris totaled up 12 tackles, one sack, three hurries, and a massive game changing forced fumble that he also recovered. Harris is a dominant defensive back, it doesn’t matter if you run or pass the ball against him- he plays with maximum effort and makes a ton of plays all around the field. Harris’s performance was a key factor in Thompson’s success in this game, there was nothing Hoover’s offense could do against him. Harris just committed to Auburn last week, giving them an extremely talented player for their 2024 class.

Harris was a defensive force on the field, tallying an impressive 10 total tackles (7 solo, two for loss)- he didn’t shy away from contact at all and flew around the field to make some bigtime tackles. The highlight of his night however was his pick-six- he was able to snag one off the quarterback and return it for 10 yards- putting points up on the board. Harris is a highly recruited prospect with a ton to offer- keep an eye on him this season, he’s in a loaded defense that’s a ton of fun to watch.
