Cowley brought one of the more dependable all-around profiles at the camp. As a two-way contributor, his instincts consistently showed up defensively, where he always seemed to be near the football. Offensively, he paired that awareness with reliable hands and a fundamentally sound route profile.

His stocky build gave him functional strength, but what stood out was how well he moved despite it. He showed solid burst, excellent change of direction, and enough fluidity to separate effectively. For him to be a RB he’s sure to have 3 down value and be a reliable check down option in the fall.

Cowley consistently looked like a player coaches trust because he does the little things right. Whether catching outside his frame, staying on schedule, or contributing on both sides, his value came through reliability. He quietly pieced together one of the steadier performances of the event.
