His elite athletic profile gave him enough speed, quickness, and coordination to threaten in multiple ways. As a two-way contributor, his instincts consistently showed up defensively, where he always seemed to be near the football. Offensively, he paired that awareness with reliable hands and a fundamentally sound route profile.</p>   <p>His stocky build gave him functional strength, but what stood out was how well he moved despite it. He showed solid burst, excellent change of direction, and enough fluidity to separate effectively. Whether catching outside his frame, staying on schedule, or contributing on both sides, his value came through reliability. His tempo control and suddenness as a route runner repeatedly created separation, and his burst coming out of breaks allowed him to uncover quickly without wasted movement. He understood how to keep defenders off balance.</p>   <p>His hands were dependable, and he consistently tracked the football well, giving quarterbacks a trustworthy option when timing mattered. Once the ball arrived, Shaw transitioned smoothly into a runner, showing solid 0-60 acceleration and enough RAC value to turn efficient catches into meaningful gains.</p>   <p class="text-gray-700">What stood out most was how consistently functional his game looked.
