Bill is a calculated mover who understands spacing at an advanced level. His change of direction is sudden but controlled, allowing him to cut through congestion without losing speed or balance. What separates him is his feel for zone concepts — he naturally drifts into space, shows himself to the quarterback, and accelerates immediately once the ball arrives. As a return man, his vision and cut timing translate to field position swings. Bill is the type of weapon whose value increases when defenses play soft or lose leverage.
