Ahmadivarji isn’t your typical interior defensive lineman. He’s not the biggest guy, but he’s incredibly difficult to square up. On a defensive line of massive defenders, he’s a key part of the rotation. He plays almost like a linebacker on the interior, reading and reacting, while avoiding blockers and causing havoc. While I’m not sure exactly where he’ll find a positional home at the next level, I think he has a skill set that should translate.

It’s easy to get overshadowed playing with so many talented defenders on Providence Day’s defense, but even as an undersized interior defender, Ahmadivarji thrived for the Chargers in 2025. He has excellent quickness to shoot gaps and holds his own at the point of attack. We’re excited to see how he can continue to improve this offseason and into next year.
