is the second Broken Arrow Tiger on this breakdown and he’s also the second player that is waiting for that breakout moment under the Friday night lights. Williams played wide receiver and cornerback for Broken Arrow last fall but below the varsity level. His film is outstanding but it comes with that exception. However, we’ve seen Williams in person over the last two offseasons in various 7v7 tournaments and every time we’ve seen him, he’s routinely one of the top players in his age division. Williams is also on the radar of college coaches already. He’s one of a handful of 2029 prospects that already hold D1 offers as Arizona and UTSA have offered him in the last month. The ceiling for him is incredibly high. Like Wilkerson, we wouldn’t typically put a prospect that is not as experienced on the varsity level this high but it’s also obvious that Williams is at a different level.
