A crafty wide receiver in North Georgia who can make plays on both sides of the ball, Winston really shined on offense last season as he made 34 catches for 703 yards and 10 touchdowns, averaging over 20 yards per catch. He can get open on his own, stretch the field, and brings plenty of size at 6-foot-3 180-pounds to go along with his consistent hands. Winston is committed to Georgia Tech and is now ranked as the No. 8 WR prospect and the No. 47 overall prospect in the state. His best football is still ahead of him and he has a chance to light up the stat sheet as a senior for the Wolves in 2025.

A sleeper receiver on the rise in Northwest Georgia, Winston was a go-to weapon for the mighty Rome Wolves who brought an impressive combination of size, ball-skills, and the ability to make a tough catch in traffic. He uses his size to hid advantage and can be tough to cover in single coverage down the sideline. He tracks the ball well and showed that he’s one of the top vertical threats of any pass-catcher in the area. His stock is on the rise and he reeled in recent offers this month from Coastal Carolina and South Florida. He’s one of the more underrated wideouts in the area and will be added to the next Prep Redzone rankings next month.
