Someone who has had a really good off-season so far and had a great showing at our Prep Redzone Showcase in Atlanta a while back, Eli’Zha Mathis Eli’Zha Mathis 6'0" | 156 lbs | DB Rome | 2027 GA is someone I really believe will have a big, big season in the fall and this off-season looks to be a build to that. Mathis is a playmaker and I expect him to take it up a notch this fall and I’m excited to see this playmaker really standout out in the big games and big moments for his team!

Eli’Zha Mathis Eli’Zha Mathis 6'0" | 156 lbs | DB Rome | 2027 GA was an impressive player today at our PRZ Winter Stock Up Showcase in Atlanta Georgia today. Mathis showed his natural ability to play defensive back. He has a clear IQ of the game and plays with an attack yet calm mentality. Mathis is a smooth player and he showcased that today. I’m looking forward to seeing his off-season growths and what he does in the 2026 football season, he’s going to be one of the defensive leaders and college coaches need to get eyes on him now, he can be a difference maker!

Eli’Zha Mathis Eli’Zha Mathis 6'0" | 156 lbs | DB Rome | 2027 GA is an outstanding defensive back in the 2027 class out of the state of Georgia. Mathis plays for a program in Rome known for great defenses and he is a big part of that success this past season. He is going to be an even bigger force next season for the Wolves. He has great ball skills, he is athletic, has great instincts and what I love about Mathis is his physicality at the defensive back position. He doesn’t mind tackling and making hits. I’m excited for what he can do next season. He is a guy who is all-around and he will showcase that this weekend at our PRZ Winter Showcase!
