Grandview may lean on its ground game but McCarty has proven he can take charge through the air when needed. The senior has thrown for 1,777 yards with a 58% completion rate, totaling 15 touchdowns and seven interceptions. While not known as a dual-threat, McCarty has added 107 rushing yards and a score on the ground, showing he can extend plays when the situation calls for it. His ability to manage the game, sustain drives, and make timely throws will be key in Round 1. If McCarty keeps his composure and limits mistakes, he gives Grandview the balanced offensive attack it needs to stay in control.
