Wrong. [player_tooltip player_id='489023' first='Robbie' last='O'Connor'], immediately, stepped in and has not missed a beat as Millville's quarterback. At his absolute best in the most stressful of situations, we see O'Connor absolutely lace balls 40-yards downfield, while taking a hit, and delivering it in a spot where his target can catch it without breaking stride. Aside from being decisive in where he is going with the ball, O'Connor gets too on-target placement to his skills so they can create without having to slow down and adjust to the pass. Arm strength is also present in his game. We see O'Connor deliver ropes on out routes to the far sideline when standing on the opposite hash.

https://twitter.com/robbieo_qb1?lang=en

As it seemed as though many prospects this offseason were headed to Winslow via transfer - while everyone "zigged" - [player_tooltip player_id='909525' first='Roman' last='Duckett'] "zagged" and found himself in Camden. The talented running back is capable of making one, single cut and then rely on his foot speed to beat an entire defense up the middle. Aside from that breakaway speed, it seems as though on tape Duckett shows good game speed. A patient runner, he will move his feet quickly, really without gaining much ground/yardage, that is until he is ready to turn up and explode to green pastures. Duckett runs hard when he totes the rock; however, that translates to physicality when he is assigned to stay in pass protection. Looking rather stout on film, he is a tough runner to bring down and I suspect me have have tree trunks for thighs. Aside from his physical attributes, Duckett runs behidn his pads and keeps his feet moving. This, together, causes him to break a lot of tackles.

https://twitter.com/RomanDuckett33

Focusing back on Jersey's post-grad circuit, [player_tooltip player_id='1610803' first='Sean' last='Currie'] is a tight end out of The Lawrenceville School that has tremendous upside and does many things well. On tape it is clear that this big-bodied target is very difficult to wrap up and take down to the ground. Part of it is his size, yes; however, a lot of it has to do with raw strength, running style, and heart. His lower half seems particularly strong as Currie has routinely carries defenders draped low on him. Knowing how to use his size, Currie boxes out defenders and wins jump balls with ease, mostly using his hands to catch it. In an impressive manner, the junior tight end's film features him being utilized in all three levels of the passing game. This is likely due to the fact that he moves well, especially well when 8-or-more yards down field.

https://twitter.com/seancurrie?lang=en

If you follow my work, you know that I love me some lineman - especially public school lineman. Pinelands Regional's [player_tooltip player_id='910819' first='Seth' last='Ramirez'] is a burly lineman who has very good, clean feet when asked to pull. On the move, he delivers a solid pop and, at moments, keeps his feet through contact in order to level his assignment. Because of how big and thick he is, Ramirez's sheer momentum allows him to displace linemen totally out of the frame. It is no coincidence that this enables him to get outstanding horizontal displacement on double teams. Something else I noticed about Ramirez's film was that he uses his hands well, tight and together in this opponent's chest, to control them when run blocking. Hand placement plus short, choppy, powerful steps mean that defenders go for rides.

https://twitter.com/SethRamirez_77

His name might be [player_tooltip player_id='1540893' first='Shane' last='Small'], but this prospect comes up big for Old Tappan. Small, a true tight end, has a quick release off of the snap of the ball. This quick release allows him to fire out and gain a great deal of speed, quickly, as he pressures the back-seven of defenses. Like any true target, Small uses his hands very naturally when receiving passes and, rather aggressively returns to the ball in order to possess it as soon as possible. This size, speed, and attacking-nature allow him to come down with catches that he, frankly, should not. Without the ball in his hands, Small looks like he runs with springs in his feet, allowing himself get into the secondary easily. Lastly, he uses his body well, especially in the secondary, to shield defenders from playing the ball.

https://twitter.com/shanesmall0?lang=en

Last year for the Edison Eagles, [player_tooltip player_id='1532324' first='Shaun' last='Garland'] proved to be a sophomore who played a jack-of-all-trades type of role - doing a little bit of this, and a little bit of that. When lined up at tight end, Garland had solid vision in order to find open space. His bigger body is difficult for most opponents to bring down in the open field. When lined up as a sniffer, expect him to get some volume and not solely be used as a blocker. When doing so, we see Garland run behind his pads to gain cheap and easy yardage. Those same pads are weaponized when assigned as a blocker. He does a good job of leading up into a hole and attacking his assignment, really working into their frame. Downfield Garland tracks the ball well over his shoulder and catches the ball with his hands; he is also nimble and athletic enough to win the tip drill. As Garland prepares for his junior season expect more of an expansive role.

<!-- wp:acf/hudl One of my guilty pleasures from watching film is that I get to find prospects that I really like. After being glued to Hudl for countless hours, here are the prospects that I thought had outstanding film and have the opportunity to be outstanding college players.
