Typically, after the graduation of a prolific player the caliber of former ‘Bolts quarterback Jacob Zamot, there would be a drop off in play for a while, right? Wrong.

, immediately, stepped in and has not missed a beat as Millville’s quarterback. At his absolute best in the most stressful of situations, we see O’Connor absolutely lace balls 40-yards downfield, while taking a hit, and delivering it in a spot where his target can catch it without breaking stride. Aside from being decisive in where he is going with the ball, O’Connor gets too on-target placement to his skills so they can create without having to slow down and adjust to the pass. Arm strength is also present in his game. We see O’Connor deliver ropes on out routes to the far sideline when standing on the opposite hash.

put together a strong junior season, throwing 2,304 yards and 26 touchdowns. However, Millville fell short of expectations, and his late-season drop-off played a role. This year, he’ll have the chance to prove he can carry the offense without relying heavily on one playmaker.
O’Connor thrives in rhythm. He plays on time, looks comfortable in the pocket, and rarely seems rattled. Last season, he did a great job distributing the ball, especially to Alabama-commit

. Now, he must show he can elevate the offense and take on a more significant leadership role. This season is about proving he’s a complete quarterback who can keep Millville’s offense firing no matter who’s on the receiving end.

off to Alabama, the question is: Can O’Connor step up and become the leader Millville needs?
Millville is facing significant turnover and searching for its next go-to playmaker. That puts O’Connor in a position to take charge. He has the arm talent, experience, and tools to lead the team, but now it’s about consistency.
How Millville adjusts without Brooks will be one of the season’s biggest storylines. If O’Connor can rise to the occasion and elevate those around him, he has a chance to solidify himself as one of the state’s top quarterbacks.

from Millville has been nothing short of impressive in his first year as a starter for such a high-profile program. He’s thrown for 857 yards and ten touchdowns, showcasing his ability to lead the offense and make big plays. One of the things that stands out is his fearlessness. Robbie isn’t afraid to push the ball downfield, fit passes into tight windows, and take chances when needed. For a first-year starter, that kind of confidence is rare.
His connection with Millville’s star wide receiver, Lassier Brooks, is also notable. Robbie consistently gets the ball to Brooks, whether throwing it up in one-on-one situations or trusting Brooks to use his athleticism to make plays. That chemistry has been vital in Millville’s explosive passing game. Additionally, O’Connor has shown improvement in evading pressure, getting out of the pocket, and making plays on the run.
However, there’s still room for growth, particularly with his accuracy. Robbie has completed only 39 of 70 passes, and his completion percentage needs to improve as the season progresses. But considering it’s his first year as the starting varsity quarterback, his progress has been impressive.
With Millville off to an undefeated start and a challenging game against Winslow coming up, a win in that matchup could cement O’Connor as the next great quarterback in Millville’s storied program.

is a quarterback to keep a close eye on moving forward. The 6’2 field general attended our PRZ Next Winter Camp in New Jersey and proved to be everything we saw on film. He has raw, yet impressive, arm talent that ranks amongst the most impressive in the Garden State for the 2027 class. With his arm strength being one of the greatest assets to his game, Robbie can pump out big plays with ease while in the pocket. The tall righty has tightened up this throwing motion since we first watched him as a seventh grader and it’s paying off. When things break down around him, he has also shown to have no problem improvising when he sees fit. While rolling out of the pocket, his passes appear to remain as effortless as when he is sitting back there with all the time in the world. With the talent that I have seen in Robbie, it is obvious that he has a very bright future ahead of him. Look for Robbie to light up the scoreboard on Friday nights very soon.

Unless you are from, or live in New Jersey, it’s difficult to describe how territorial people are about North Jersey vs. South Jersey. One 2027 prospect putting on for South Jersey is 6-foot-2, 160-pound signal caller,

of the Gloucester City Mustangs. Just 20 minutes from Philadelphia and nearly two hours from New York City, O’Connor is putting together what he hopes will be his second straight league championship. In their first round playoff victory, O’Connor accounted for four touchdown’s with three coming via his legs and one coming in the air. He certainly looks the part of a Quarterback that is getting ready to take off as he ties a bow on this season and gets ready for high school ball. He stands tall in the pocket and has some very good foot work for being a taller, longer kid. While he can hit the long ball with accuracy, getting into a high school weight room routine will do a long ways for him. I think of him as a pocket passer but can certainly call his own number and create on the run too.
